Ancak Ras\u00fblull\u00e2h (s.a.v) ile m\u00fc\u2019minlere (bir defaya mahsus olmak \u00fczere) Mekke ah\u00e2l\u00eesi ile sava\u015fmaya izin verilmi\u015ftir. Haberiniz olsun, (Mekke) benden evvel hi\u00e7bir kimse i\u00e7in hel\u00e2l olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, benden sonra da hi\u00e7bir kimse i\u00e7in hel\u00e2l olmayacakt\u0131r. Biliniz ki o (yaln\u0131z) bir g\u00fcn\u00fcn bir saatinde (yaln\u0131z) benim i\u00e7in hel\u00e2l olmu\u015ftur. M\u00e2l\u00fbmunuz olsun ki i\u015fte \u015fu saatte benim i\u00e7in bile har\u00e2md\u0131r. (Mekke\u2019nin) dikeni (bile) kesilmez. A\u011fac\u0131na balta de\u011fdirilemez. Yiti\u011fini kimse (elini uzat\u0131p) alamaz. Me\u011ferki (s\u00e2hibini) aramak i\u00e7in ola! O h\u00e2lde her kimin bir akrab\u00e2s\u0131 katlolunursa, o, iki \u015feyden hangisi hay\u0131rl\u0131 ise onu isteyebilir: Ya diyet verilir, ya makt\u00fbl\u00fcn ehli k\u0131s\u00e2s ister.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bunun \u00fczerine Yemen ah\u00e2l\u00eesinden biri gelip:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u2012Y\u00e2 Ras\u00fbl\u00e2ll\u00e2h, \u015fu buyurduklar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 benim i\u00e7in yazd\u0131rabilir misiniz!\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ras\u00fblull\u00e2h Efendimiz (s.a.v):<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i>\u201c\u2012Eb\u00fb \u015e\u00e2h i\u00e7in yaz\u0131n\u0131z!\u201d<\/i> buyurdular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Derken Kurey\u015f\u2019ten bir z\u00e2t (Hz. Abb\u00e2s [r.a]):<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u2012Y\u00e2 Ras\u00fbl\u00e2ll\u00e2h, izh\u0131r otu istisn\u00e2 edilse olur mu! Zira biz onu evlerimizin in\u015f\u00e2s\u0131nda ve kabirlerimizde kullan\u0131yoruz.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nebiyy-i Ekrem (s.a.v) de:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i>\u201c\u2012\u0130zh\u0131r otu h\u00e2ri\u00e7!\u201d<\/i> buyurdular.\u201d(Buh\u00e2r\u00ee, \u0130lim, 39)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u015eerh:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Eb\u00fb H\u00fcreyre<\/b> (r.a) \u015f\u00f6yle buyurur:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNebiyy-i Ekrem (s.a.v) Efendimiz\u2019in ash\u00e2b\u0131 aras\u0131nda benden daha \u00e7ok hadis riv\u00e2yet eden kimse yoktur. Ancak <b>Abdullah bin Amr<\/b> (r.a) h\u00e2ri\u00e7! Zira o yazard\u0131, ben yazmazd\u0131m.\u201d (Buh\u00e2r\u00ee, \u0130lim, 39)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bununla birlikte Eb\u00fb H\u00fcreyre Hazretleri\u2019nin rivayet etti\u011fi had\u00ees-i \u015ferifler be\u015f bin \u00fc\u00e7y\u00fcz\u00fc buldu\u011fu halde <b>Abdullah bin Amr<\/b>(r.a)\u2019dan rivayet edilenler yedi y\u00fcz\u00fc pek de ge\u00e7miyor. Yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve kaydetti\u011fi hadisler daha \u00e7ok oldu\u011fu h\u00e2lde rivayetlerinin daha az olmas\u0131n\u0131n sebebi, Abdullah (r.a)\u2019\u0131n, ehl-i kitab\u0131n kitaplar\u0131n\u0131 da ele ge\u00e7irip onlar\u0131 m\u00fct\u00e2laa etmesi ve onlardan rivayetlerde bulunmas\u0131d\u0131r. T\u00e2bi\u00eenden bir\u00e7ok \u00e2lim, isr\u00e2iliy\u00e2t kar\u0131\u015fabilir korkusuyla <b>Abdullah bin Amr <\/b>(r.a)\u2019dan riv\u00e2yet etmek istememi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Abdullah bin Amr bin el-As<\/b> (r.a) anlat\u0131yor:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ras\u00fblullah (s.a.v) Efendimiz\u2019den duydu\u011fum her \u015feyi yaz\u0131yor, onlar\u0131 ezberlemek ve korumak istiyordum. Kurey\u015f beni bundan men etti ve:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u2212\u0130\u015fitti\u011fin her\u015feyi yaz\u0131yor musun? H\u00e2lbuki Allah Ras\u00fbl\u00fc (s.a.v) de bir be\u015ferdir, hem k\u0131zg\u0131nl\u0131k hem de suk\u00fbnet hallerinde konu\u015fur!\u201d dediler.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bunun \u00fczerine yazmay\u0131 b\u0131rakt\u0131m ve durumu Ras\u00fblullah (s.a.v) Efendimiz\u2019e arzettim. Efendimiz (s.a.v) parma\u011f\u0131yla m\u00fcb\u00e2rek a\u011fz\u0131n\u0131 i\u015faret ederek \u015f\u00f6yle buyurdular:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i>\u201c\u2212Yaz, nefsim kudret elinde bulunan Allah\u2019a yemin olsun ki buradan haktan ba\u015fka bir \u015fey \u00e7\u0131kmaz!\u201d<\/i>(Eb\u00fb D\u00e2v\u00fbd, \u0130lim, 3\/3646)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\">{<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Mug\u00eere bin \u015eu\u2019be<\/b> (r.a)\u2019in k\u00e2tibi olan <b>Verr\u00e2d<\/b>\u015f\u00f6yle anlat\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Mu\u00e2viye bin Eb\u00ee Sufy\u00e2n<\/b>, Mug\u00eere\u2019ye:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u2013Ras\u00fblullah(s.a.v) Efendimiz\u2019den i\u015fitmi\u015f oldu\u011fun had\u00eeslerden bana yaz\u0131p g\u00f6nderiver!\u201d diye mekt\u00fbb yazd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bunun \u00fczerine Mug\u00eere (r.a) de Mu\u00e2viye\u2019ye (bana iml\u00e2 ettirerek) \u015funlar\u0131yazd\u0131rd\u0131:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u2013Ben Ras\u00fblullah (s.a.v) Efendimiz\u2019in namaz\u0131 bitirdi\u011finde \u00fc\u00e7 kere:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\">\u0644\u064e\u0653\u0627 \u0627\u0650\u0644\u0670\u0647\u064e \u0625\u0650\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647\u064f \u0648\u064e\u062d\u0652\u062f\u064e\u0647\u064f \u0644\u0627\u064e \u0634\u064e\u0631\u0650\u064a\u0643\u064e \u0644\u064e\u0647\u064f\u060c \u0644\u064e\u0647\u064f \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0645\u064f\u0644\u0652\u0643\u064f \u0648\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0647\u064f \u0627\u0644\u0652\u062d\u064e\u0645\u0652\u062f\u064f\u060c \u0648\u064e\u0647\u064f\u0648\u064e \u0639\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0649 \u0643\u064f\u0644\u0651\u0650 \u0634\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0621\u064d \u0642\u064e\u062f\u0650\u064a\u0631\u064c<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">dediklerini i\u015fittim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Veyine Ras\u00fblullah Efendimiz (s.a.v), dedi-kodudan, \u00e7ok \u00e7ok su\u00e2l sormaktan, mal\u0131 z\u00e2y\u00ee etmekten, analara itaatsizlik etmekten, k\u0131zlar\u0131 diri diri g\u00f6mmekten nehyederlerdi. (Buh\u00e2r\u00ee, Rik\u00e2k 22, Kader 12, \u0130\u2019tis\u00e2m, 3)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\">{<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enes bin M\u00e2lik (r.a), <b>Mahmud bin Reb\u00ee <\/b>(r.a)\u2019den \u015f\u00f6yle nakleder:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Medine\u2019ye geldim. Az sonra <b>\u0130tb\u00e2n bin M\u00e2lik <\/b>(r.a)\u2019e rastlad\u0131m. Ona:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u2012Senden kula\u011f\u0131ma bir hadis geldi?\u201d dedim, \u0130tb\u00e2n (r.a) \u015funlar\u0131 anlatt\u0131:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u2012G\u00f6z\u00fcme bir \u015fey \u00e2r\u0131z oldu da Rasulullah (s.a.v) Efendimiz\u2019e haber yollad\u0131m. Bana kadar gelerek evimde namaz k\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131, bunu m\u00fcteakib o namaz k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 yeri namazg\u00e2h yapmay\u0131 arzu etti\u011fimi s\u00f6yledim. Bunun \u00fczerine Peygamber Efendimiz (s.a.v) Allah\u2019\u0131n di\u00adledi\u011fi ash\u00e2biyle birlikte geldi ve i\u00e7eri girdi. O evimde namaz k\u0131l\u0131yor; as\u00adhab\u0131 da aralar\u0131nda konu\u015fuyor, (m\u00fcn\u00e2f\u0131klardan kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fcklerden bahsediyor)lard\u0131. Sonra mevzu-i bahs olan \u015feylerin en \u00e7o\u011funu ve en b\u00fcy\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc M\u00e2lik bin D\u00fch\u015fum\u2019a isn\u00e2d ettiler. Peygamber (s.a.v) Efendimiz\u2019in ona beddua etmesini ve bu sebeble onun he\u00adlak olmas\u0131n\u0131 dilediklerini, onun ba\u015f\u0131na bir bel\u00e2 gelmesini arzu ettiklerini s\u00f6ylediler. Derken Peygamber Efendimiz (s.a.v) namaz\u0131n\u0131 bitirdi ve:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i>\u00ab\u2012Bu adam Allah\u2019tan ba\u015fka il\u00e2h olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na, benim Allah\u2019\u0131n peygamberi oldu\u011fuma \u015feh\u00e2det etmiyor mu?\u00bb<\/i> buyurdu. Ash\u00e2b:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00ab\u2012Evet, amma o bunu kalbinde olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor\u00bb dediler. Rasulullah (s.a.v):<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i>\u00ab\u2012Allah\u2019tan ba\u015fka il\u00e2h olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na, benim de Ras\u00fblullah oldu\u011fuma \u015feh\u00e2\u00addet getiren hi\u00e7 bir kimse yoktur ki (cehennem) ate\u015fine girsin yahud onu tats\u0131n.\u00bb <\/i>buyurdular.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enes (r.a) \u015f\u00f6yle der:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><i>\u201cBu hadis benim ho\u015fuma gitti, de o\u011fluma: <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00ab\u2012Bunu yaz!\u00bb dedim. O da yazd\u0131.<\/span>\u201d<\/i><\/b>(M\u00fcslim, \u00cem\u00e2n, 54)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\">{<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u00d6mer bin Abdilaziz <\/b>(r.a), Medine v\u00e2lisi Eb\u00fb Bekir bin Hazm\u2019a \u015f\u00f6yle yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cBak, ara\u015ft\u0131r ve Peygamber Efendimiz\u2019in had\u00ees-i \u015fer\u00eeflerinden ne varsa hepsini yaz! Zira ben, ilmin kaybolmas\u0131ndan ve uleman\u0131n gitmesinden korkuyorum.\u201d Bu faaliyette Peygamber Efendimiz\u2019in hadislerinden ba\u015fka bir \u015fey kabul edilmiyordu. \u00c2limler ilmi yaymal\u0131 ve herkese a\u00e7\u0131k ilim halkalar\u0131 te\u015fkil etmeli ki bilmeyenler de b\u00f6ylece \u00f6\u011frenebilsin. Zira ilim, gizli kalmazsa yok olmaz. (Buh\u00e2r\u00ee, \u0130lim, 34)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hal\u00eefe bu emri di\u011fer b\u00f6lgelere de g\u00f6ndermi\u015ftir.<a title=\"\" href=\"file:\/\/\/C:\/Users\/admin\/Desktop\/iman%20ve%20ilim.docx#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\">{<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Peygamber Efendimiz\u2019in torunu <b>Hz. Hasan (r.a)<\/b> kendi \u00e7ocuklar\u0131yla karde\u015finin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 toplay\u0131p \u015f\u00f6yle derdi:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cYavrular\u0131m! Ye\u011fenlerim! Siz bug\u00fcnk\u00fc insanlar\u0131n k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcklerisiniz ancak pek yak\u0131nda di\u011fer insanlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fckleri durumuna geleceksiniz. \u00d6yleyse mutlaka ilim (Hadis) \u00f6\u011freniniz! \u00d6\u011frendi\u011fi ilmi ezberleyip riv\u00e2yet etmeye g\u00fcc\u00fc yetmeyen de onu <b>yaz\u0131p evine koysun<\/b>!\u201d(D\u00e2rim\u00ee, Mukaddime, 43\/517)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\">{<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Eb\u00fb Kab\u00eel<\/b> (r.a) \u015f\u00f6yle anlat\u0131yor:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abdull\u00e2h bin Amr bin \u00c2s (r.a)\u2019n\u0131n yan\u0131nda idik. Kendisine <b>Kostantiniyye<\/b> ve <b>R\u00fbmiyye<\/b>\u2019den (Roma\u2019dan) hangisinin \u00f6nce fethedilece\u011fi soruldu. Abdullah (r.a), halkalar\u0131 olan eski bir sand\u0131k getirtti. \u0130\u00e7inden bir yaz\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131 ve \u015f\u00f6yle dedi:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><i>Ras\u00fblull\u00e2h (s.a.v)\u2019in \u00e7evresinde toplanm\u0131\u015f m\u00fcb\u00e2rek hadislerini yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir esn\u00e2da<\/i><\/b> ona:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u2013Hangi \u015fehir \u00f6nce fethedilecek, Kostantiniyye mi yoksa R\u00fbmiyye mi?\u201d diye soruldu. All\u00e2h Ras\u00fbl\u00fc (s.a.v):<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i>\u201c\u2013Hiraklin \u015fehri \u00f6nce fethedilecek!\u201d<\/i> buyurdular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Efendimiz (s.a.v) bu s\u00f6zleriyle Kostantiniyye\u2019yi kastediyorlard\u0131.(Ahmed, II, 176; D\u00e2rim\u00ee, Mukaddime, 43; \u0130bn-i Eb\u00ee, \u015eeybe, <i>Musannef<\/i>, IV, 219; H\u00e2kim, IV, 468\/8301; IV, 553\/8550; IV, 598\/8662; Heysem\u00ee, VI, 219)<a title=\"\" href=\"file:\/\/\/C:\/Users\/admin\/Desktop\/iman%20ve%20ilim.docx#_ftn2\">[2]<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\">{<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Abdullah bin Abb\u00e2s<\/b> (r.a) \u015f\u00f6yle buyurur:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNebiyy-i M\u00fckerrem (s.a.v) Efendimiz\u2019in (son hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131nda) a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 \u015fiddetlenince:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i>\u00ab\u2012Yaz\u0131 yazacak bir \u015fey getiriniz de size baz\u0131 \u015feyler yazd\u0131ray\u0131m ki ondan sonra hi\u00e7 dal\u00e2lete d\u00fc\u015fmeyesiniz!\u00bb<\/i> buyurdular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Hz. \u00d6mer<\/b> (r.a):<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00ab\u2012Nebiyy-i Ekrem (s.a.v)\u2019in a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7ok artt\u0131, (onu daha fazla yormayal\u0131m). Nas\u0131l olsa elimizde All\u00e2h Te\u00e2l\u00e2\u2019n\u0131n Kit\u00e2b\u2019\u0131 mevcut, o bize yeter.\u00bb dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bunun \u00fczerine oradaki sah\u00e2be aras\u0131nda ihtil\u00e2f \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131, s\u00f6zleri birbirine kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ras\u00fblullah Efendimiz (s.a.v) de:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i>\u00ab\u2012Yan\u0131mdan kalk\u0131n\u0131z! Benim yan\u0131mda ihtil\u00e2f ve m\u00fcn\u00e2ka\u015fa edilmesi l\u00e2y\u0131k de\u011fildir!\u00bb<\/i> buyurdular.\u201d(Buh\u00e2r\u00ee, \u0130lim, 39)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u015eerh:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bundan anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor ki Allah Ras\u00fbl\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn bu talebi v\u00fcc\u00fbb ifade etmiyor, \u201carzu ederseniz yazd\u0131ray\u0131m\u201d m\u00e2n\u00e2s\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yordu. Ash\u00e2b\u0131n meseleyi b\u00f6yle anlamas\u0131na sebep olan karineler vard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Allah Ras\u00fbl\u00fc (s.a.v) Efendimiz\u2019in yazd\u0131rmak istedi\u011fi \u015feyler mutlaka gerekli olsayd\u0131 yaz\u0131 malzemesi gelmeyince onlar\u0131 hemen s\u00f6zl\u00fc olarak da s\u00f6yleyebilirlerdi. T\u0131pk\u0131 son anlar\u0131nda b\u00fct\u00fcn m\u00fc\u015frikleri Arap Yar\u0131madas\u0131\u2019ndan \u00e7\u0131karmalar\u0131n\u0131 ve gelen heyetlere ikramda bulunmalar\u0131n\u0131 vasiyet ettikleri gibi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sahih riv\u00e2yetler Ras\u00fblullah (s.a.v) Efendimiz\u2019in bir \u015feyler yazd\u0131rmak istemeleri h\u00e2disesinin, vefatlar\u0131ndan 4 g\u00fcn evvel Per\u015fembe g\u00fcn\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fini ifade ediyor. E\u011fer yazd\u0131rmay\u0131 arzu ettikleri \u015feyler v\u00e2cib olsayd\u0131 insanlar\u0131n ihtil\u00e2f etmesiyle onlar\u0131 tebli\u011fden vazge\u00e7mezlerdi. Zira tebli\u011f vazifelerini terketmi\u015f olurlard\u0131. H\u00e2lbuki o g\u00fcne kadar m\u00fc\u015friklerin amans\u0131z kar\u015f\u0131 koymalar\u0131yla bile bu vazifelerini terketmemi\u015flerdi. Vahiy olmayan ve Peygamber (s.a.v) Efendimiz\u2019in kesin olarak emretmedi\u011fi hususlarda ash\u00e2b-\u0131 kir\u00e2m d\u00e2im\u00e2 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini s\u00f6ylemi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u0130m\u00e2m Rabb\u00e2n\u00ee Hazretleri<\/b> \u015f\u00f6yle buyurur:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSahabe\u00adnin i\u00e7tihad\u00ee konularda Peygamber (s.a.v) Efendimiz\u2019den farkl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler ortaya koydu\u011fu olmu\u015ftur ve biz bunun olabilece\u011fini kabul etmekteyiz. Vahyin n\u00fcz\u00fbl\u00fc devam etmesine ra\u011fmen bu tavr\u0131 sebebiyle sahabe yad\u0131rganmam\u0131\u015f ve bundan nehyedilmemi\u015ftir. E\u011fer onlar\u0131n bu muhalefeti Allah kat\u0131nda do\u011fru g\u00f6r\u00fclmeseydi mutlaka bundan men edilir ve i\u00e7tihad\u00ee konularda Allah Ra\u00ads\u00fbl\u00fc\u2019ne muhalefet edenlere kar\u015f\u0131 tehdit i\u00e7eren \u00e2yetler nazil olurdu. Nitekim bir grup sahab\u00ee, sesini Peygamber (s.a.v) Efendimiz\u2019in sesinden fazla y\u00fck\u00adseltti\u011fi i\u00e7in, inen \u00e2yetlerle \u00eek\u00e2z edilmi\u015f ve bu davran\u0131\u015fa kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ok b\u00fc\u00ady\u00fck bir tehdit gelmi\u015ftir\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Peygamber Efendimiz (s.a.v) vef\u00e2t hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 esn\u00e2s\u0131nda bir \u015fey yazd\u0131rmak i\u00e7in k\u00e2\u011f\u0131t istedi\u011finde sahabenin ihtilaf etmesi de bunun gibidir. Sahabenin bir k\u0131sm\u0131 k\u00e2\u011f\u0131d\u0131n getirilmesini istemi\u015f di\u011fer bir k\u0131sm\u0131 buna m\u00e2ni olmu\u015ftur. Hz. \u00d6mer (r.a) k\u00e2\u011f\u0131d\u0131n getirilme\u00adsini istemeyenler aras\u0131nda yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hz. \u00d6mer\u2019in tavr\u0131, Peygamberimiz\u2019in b\u00f6yle zor bir anda daha fazla rahats\u0131z olmamas\u0131 maksad\u0131\u00adna matuf olup merhamet duygular\u0131ndan ileri gelmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca Peygamberimiz\u2019in k\u00e2\u011f\u0131t talebiyle ilgili emri, di\u011ferlerinin bu konu\u00adlar\u0131n me\u015fakkatinden kurtulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in v\u00fccup de\u011fil tavsiye (m\u00fcstehap) ifade etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">E\u011fer k\u00e2\u011f\u0131d\u0131n getirilmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki emir v\u00fccup ifade etsey\u00addi, Peygamberimiz ufak bir tart\u0131\u015fmadan dolay\u0131 bu iste\u011finden vaz\u00adge\u00e7mez ve \u0131srarla bu emrin yerine getirilmesini beklerdi\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u015eunun bilinmesi gerekir ki; baz\u0131 ictihad\u00ee konularda sahabe\u00adnin Peygamberimiz\u2019den farkl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmesi -Allah korusun- hev\u00e2 ve taassup sonucu olursa bu durum onlar\u0131n dinden \u00e7\u0131kmalar\u0131na se\u00adbep olur. Zira Peygamberimiz\u2019e kar\u015f\u0131 edepsizlik etmek ve ona k\u00f6\u00adt\u00fc davranmak -Allah korusun- k\u00fcf\u00fcrd\u00fcr. Bilakis sahabenin s\u00f6z konusu ihtilaf\u0131 <b>\u201cibret al\u0131n (k\u0131yas edin!)\u201d<\/b><a title=\"\" href=\"file:\/\/\/C:\/Users\/admin\/Desktop\/iman%20ve%20ilim.docx#_ftn3\">[3]<\/a> \u00e2yetinin \u00eec\u00e2b\u0131d\u0131r.
