Buna dikkat \u00e7ekmek i\u00e7in bu makalede \u00f6rnek olarak <em>vezn<\/em>, <em>m\u00eez\u00e2n <\/em>ve <em>mevz\u00fbn<\/em> kelimeleri incelenmi\u015f ve Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019da hangi manalarda kullan\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 ve m\u00fcfessirlerin bu kelimelere ne anlamlar verdi\u011fi tespit edilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu kelimelerin k\u00f6k\u00fc olan <em>ve-ze-ne<\/em> fiilinin m\u00fc\u015ftaklar\u0131 Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019da 23 defa ge\u00e7er ve yerine g\u00f6re farkl\u0131 anlamlar ifade eder. The word <em>wujuh <\/em>means that the wording is to be used in different meaning in different places in the Qur\u2019an. There are many words in the Qur\u2019an that have wujuh. Knowing the wujuh of words of the Qur\u2019an is extremely important and necessary to understand it correctly. In order to draw attention to this, as an example, by examining the words <em>wazn<\/em>, <em>mizan <\/em>and <em>mawzun <\/em>we have tried to determine in what meanings these words are used in the Qur\u2019an and what meanings the commentators have given to these words. The derivations of the verb of <em>va-za-na<\/em>, which are the root of these words, pass 23 times in the Quran and express different meanings depending on the place. Bringing and evaluating collectively these meanings determined by the scholars of commentary, will provide a better understanding of the meaning and the issues of the verses in which <em>wazn<\/em>, <em>mizan<\/em> and <em>mawzun<\/em> words pass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key words:<\/strong> Qur\u2019an, Commentary, Wazn, Mizan, Mawzun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A. G\u0130R\u0130\u015e<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tefsir ilminin ba\u015fta gelen faaliyet alanlar\u0131ndan biri de Kur\u2019\u00e2n kelime ve kavramlar\u0131 \u00fczerinde derinle\u015fmektir. M\u00fcfessir Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019\u0131n ne dedi\u011fini anlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi ne demek istedi\u011fini de anlamak i\u00e7in u\u011fra\u015f\u0131r. Bunu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebilmek i\u00e7in de ilk \u00f6nce kelime ve kavramlar\u0131n anlamlar\u0131n\u0131 tam olarak ortaya koymas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019daki baz\u0131 kelimelerin farkl\u0131 yerlerde farkl\u0131 anlamlara geldi\u011fi de bilinen bir konudur. Bu sebeple Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019\u0131 anlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u00e2limler, kelime ve kavram tahliline a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k vermi\u015flerdir. <em>Ul\u00fbmu\u2019l-Kur\u2019\u00e2n<\/em> aras\u0131nda yer alan <em>V\u00fcc\u00fbh ve Nez\u00e2ir<\/em> ilmi<a href=\"#_ftn2\">[1]<\/a> bu konuda bize zengin malzeme sunar. Bize ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 kadar\u0131yla hicr\u00ee ikinci asr\u0131n ortalar\u0131ndan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar bu alanda irili ufakl\u0131 pek \u00e7ok eser kaleme al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu kaynaklarda incelenen kelimeler ve bu kelimelere atfedilen v\u00fcc\u00fbh say\u0131s\u0131 birbirinden farkl\u0131l\u0131k arzetmektedir. Buna bakarak Kur\u2019\u00e2n kelimeleri \u00fczerindeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n hen\u00fcz nih\u00e2yete ermedi\u011fini s\u00f6ylememiz m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Bu sebeple biz de elinizdeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, Kur\u2019\u00e2n kavramlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir yeri bulunan ancak v\u00fcc\u00fbh ve nez\u00e2ire dair kitaplarda fazla yer verilmeyen \u0648\u0632\u0646 (<em>ve-ze-ne<\/em>) k\u00f6k\u00fcnden t\u00fcreyen <em>vezn<\/em>, <em>mevz\u00fbn, m\u00eez\u00e2n <\/em>kelimelerini incelemek istedik.<a href=\"#_ftn3\">[2]<\/a> Bu kelimeler Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019da varl\u0131klar\u0131n yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131, insanlar aras\u0131 ili\u015fkilerdeki \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcler, insan fiillerinin \u00e2hirette de\u011ferlendirilmesi gibi farkl\u0131 konularla ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 olarak s\u00f6z konusu edilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0648\u0632\u0646 (<em>ve-ze-ne<\/em>) k\u00f6k\u00fcnden t\u00fcreyen kelimeler Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019da 23 defa zikredilir. \u00dc\u00e7 defa fiil h\u00e2liyle<a href=\"#_ftn4\">[3]<\/a>, \u00fc\u00e7 defa isim veya mastar olarak <em>vezn<\/em><a href=\"#_ftn5\">[4]<\/a>, dokuz defa tekil olarak <em>m\u00eez\u00e2n<\/em><a href=\"#_ftn6\">[5]<\/a>, yedi defa bunun \u00e7o\u011fulu <em>mev\u00e2z\u00een<\/em><a href=\"#_ftn7\">[6]<\/a><em>,<\/em> bir defa da ism-i mef\u02bb\u00fbl olarak <em>mevz\u00fbn<\/em><a href=\"#_ftn8\">[7]<\/a><em> <\/em>\u015feklinde ge\u00e7er. Ayn\u0131 k\u00f6kten gelen bu \u00fc\u00e7 kelime Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019da farkl\u0131 anlamlarda kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu kelimelerin \u00f6nce l\u00fcgat manalar\u0131 \u00fczerinde durduktan sonra m\u00fcfessirlerin onlara Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019\u0131n farkl\u0131 yerlerinde ne anlamlar verdi\u011fini tespit etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fal\u0131m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B. L\u00dcGATTE <em>V<\/em><em>EZN<\/em>, <em>M\u00ceZ\u00c2N<\/em> VE <em>MEVZ\u00dbN<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ve-ze-ne<\/em> k\u00f6k\u00fcn\u00fcn anlamlar\u0131n\u0131 daha iyi kavrayabilmek i\u00e7in bu k\u00f6kten t\u00fcreyen baz\u0131 kelimelerin ilk d\u00f6nem tefsir ve l\u00fcgat kitaplar\u0131ndaki kullan\u0131mlar\u0131na g\u00f6z atal\u0131m: Mesel\u00e2 \u0648\u064e\u0627\u0632\u064e\u0646\u064e kelimesi bir \u015feyin ba\u015fka bir \u015feye miktar veya mek\u00e2n olarak denk olmas\u0131n\u0131 ifade eder. T\u00fcrk\u00e7ede kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z <em>muv\u00e2zene<\/em> kelimesi bu kal\u0131b\u0131n mastar\u0131d\u0131r. Bu sebeple bir \u015fey di\u011ferine denk oldu\u011funda ve ikisi ayn\u0131 hizada bulundu\u011funda \u0648\u064e\u0647\u0630\u064e\u0627 \u064a\u064f\u0648\u064e\u0627\u0632\u0650\u0646\u064f \u0630\u0644\u0650\u0643\u064e denir. Bu anlamdan hareketle <em>v\u00e2zene <\/em>kelimesine ayn\u0131 zamanda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir i\u015f sebebiyle birini m\u00fck\u00e2fatland\u0131rmak manas\u0131 da verilmi\u015ftir. Yani yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fe kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k ona denk bir bedel verilmek s\u00fbretiyle denge sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f olmaktad\u0131r. G\u00fcnd\u00fcz tam yar\u0131ya geldi\u011finde \u0642\u064e\u0627\u0645\u064e \u0645\u0650\u064a\u0632\u064e\u0627\u0646\u064f \u0627\u0644\u0646\u064e\u0651\u0647\u064e\u0627\u0631\u0650 denir. Mutedil, ortada ve dengeli g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe sahip olan ki\u015fiye \u0648\u064e\u0632\u0650\u064a\u0646\u064f \u0627\u0644\u0631\u064e\u0651\u0623\u0652\u064a\u0650 denir. Yine g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri isabetli ve akl\u0131 kuvvetli olan kimse i\u00e7in \u0647\u064f\u0648\u064e \u0631\u064e\u0627\u062c\u0650\u062d\u064f \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0648\u064e\u0632\u0652\u0646\u0650 denir. \u0647\u064e\u0630\u064e\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0642\u064e\u0648\u0652\u0644\u064f \u0623\u064e\u0648\u0652\u0632\u064e\u0646\u064f \u0645\u0650\u0646\u0652 \u0647\u064e\u0630\u064e\u0627 denildi\u011finde, \u201cbu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f di\u011ferinden daha kuvvetli ve daha sa\u011flam\u201d manas\u0131na gelir. Ki\u015fi bir konuda emin ve kararl\u0131 olursa \u0648\u064e\u0642\u064e\u062f\u0652 \u0648\u064e\u0632\u064f\u0646\u064e \u0648\u064e\u0632\u064e\u0627\u0646\u0629\u064b denir. \u0641\u064f\u0644\u064e\u0627\u0646\u064c \u0623\u064e\u0648\u0652\u0632\u064e\u0646\u064f \u0628\u064e\u0646\u0650\u064a \u0641\u0644\u0627\u0646\u064d ifadesi ise, \u201cfalan, filan kabilenin en \u015fereflisidir\u201d demektir. <em>Ve-ze-ne<\/em> fiilinin mastar\u0131 olan \u0632\u0650\u0646\u064e\u0629\u064c kelimesine bir \u015feyin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve dengi manas\u0131 verilmi\u015ftir.<a href=\"#_ftn9\">[8]<\/a> B\u00fct\u00fcn bu manalar, ortada ve sa\u011flam olmay\u0131, dengeyi sa\u011flamay\u0131 ifade etmektedir. Dil a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 tefsir yazan ilk devir m\u00fcfessirler, ayn\u0131 k\u00f6kten t\u00fcreyen <em>mevz\u00fbn <\/em>kelimesine, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc, belli bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc \u00fczere giden, takdir edilmi\u015f, m\u00e2lum olan anlamlar\u0131n\u0131 vermi\u015flerdir.<a href=\"#_ftn10\">[9]<\/a> Son d\u00f6nem Osmanl\u0131 \u00e2lim ve \u015f\u00e2irlerinden ve Has\u00eer\u00eez\u00e2de Sa\u2018d\u00ee Derg\u00e2h\u0131\u2019n\u0131n son \u015feyhi Elif Efendi (1850-1927) <em>ve-ze-ne<\/em> maddesinin daha \u00e7ok tesviye ve miktar manalar\u0131na kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yler.<a href=\"#_ftn11\"><sup>[10]<\/sup><\/a> Mu\u00e2s\u0131r \u00e2limlerden Muhammed Hasan Cebel de, bu maddeden t\u00fcreyen kelimelerin merkez\u00ee (mihver\u00ee) manas\u0131n\u0131n, \u201cboyutlar\u0131 \u00e7ok geni\u015f olmamakla birlikte bir \u015feyin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201dyla ilgili oldu\u011fu kanaatine varm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<a href=\"#_ftn12\">[11]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00fcgat \u00e2limleri \u0627\u0644\u0648\u064e\u0632\u0652\u0646\u064f kelimesiyle ilgili \u015fu tarifleri yapm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r: \u201cBir \u015feyin benzeri bir e\u015fyaya denk olan a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131, t\u0131pk\u0131 dirhemlerin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 gibi\u201d.<a href=\"#_ftn13\">[12]<\/a> \u201cAs\u0131l itibariyle, (terazi denen) hus\u00fbs\u00ee bir \u00e2letle bir \u015feyin kadrini, miktar\u0131n\u0131 bilmek<a href=\"#_ftn14\">[13]<\/a> ve takdir etmek\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn15\">[14]<\/a> <em>Vezn<\/em>, \u201ca\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k ve hafifli\u011fi tartma i\u015flemi\u201d diye de tarif edilmi\u015ftir.<a href=\"#_ftn16\">[15]<\/a> Elif Efendi <em>vezn<\/em>\u2019i, \u201cBir \u015feyin mikt\u00e2r-\u0131 s\u0131kletini bilmek i\u00e7in tartmakt\u0131r.\u201d diye tarif eder.<a href=\"#_ftn17\"><sup>[16]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yine ayn\u0131 k\u00f6kten t\u00fcreyen ve kendisiyle e\u015fyan\u0131n tart\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e2lete \u0645\u0650\u064a\u0632\u0627\u0646\u064c denir. Fahreddin er-R\u00e2z\u00ee\u2019nin (\u00f6. 606\/1210) s\u00f6yledi\u011fine g\u00f6re i\u015fin ehli olan insanlar, d\u00fczg\u00fcn hareket eden birini g\u00f6rd\u00fcklerinde \u201cFalancan\u0131n hareketleri mevz\u00fbn\u201d derler. Bu, \u201conun hareketleri m\u00fctenasip, g\u00fczel ve hikmete uygun\u201d demektir. Yine bir s\u00f6z m\u00fctenasip ve g\u00fczelse, bo\u015f ve mant\u0131ks\u0131z olmaktan uzaksa, \u201cBu s\u00f6z \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc (mevz\u00fbn) bir s\u00f6z\u201d denir. Bununla sanki o s\u00f6z\u00fcn hikmet ve ak\u0131l terazisinde tart\u0131lm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu kastedilir. K\u0131saca <em>mevz\u00fbn<\/em> kelimesi g\u00fczellik ve uyumdan kin\u00e2ye olarak da kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla insan hayat\u0131n\u0131n esas\u0131 olan \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc ve dengeyi sa\u011flayabilmek i\u00e7in bu madde etraf\u0131nda \u015fekillenen anlamlar\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu vesileyle \u015funu tekrar hat\u0131rlatmakta fayda g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz: Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019da ge\u00e7en bir kelimenin her tekrar edildi\u011fi yerde ayn\u0131 manaya gelmeyebilece\u011fi \u00f6nceden beri bilinen bir hakikattir.
