Ras\u00fbl-i Ekrem r \u015f\u00f6yle buyurur:<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201c\u0130leride \u00f6yle fitneler olacak ki o vakitte oturan kimse ayakta durandan, ayakta duran y\u00fcr\u00fcyenden, y\u00fcr\u00fcyen ko\u015fandan daha hay\u0131rl\u0131 olacakt\u0131r.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Efendimiz\u2019in bu s\u00f6z\u00fc \u00fczerine <b>Sa\u2018d bin Eb\u00ee Vakkas<\/b> t:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2013Y\u00e2 Ras\u00fblallah! Peygamber Efendimiz\u2019in i\u015f\u00e2ret etti\u011fi h\u00e2dise Kur\u2019\u00e2n-\u0131 Kerim\u2019de \u015f\u00f6yle anlat\u0131l\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p><b>\u201cOnlara, \u00c2dem\u2019in iki o\u011flunun haberini hakk\u0131yla anlat: Hani birer kurban takd\u00eem etmi\u015flerdi de birisinden<\/b> <b>kab\u00fbl edilmi\u015f, di\u011ferinden kab\u00fbl edilmemi\u015fti.<\/b> (Kurban\u0131 kab\u00fbl edilmeyen karde\u015f, k\u0131skan\u00e7l\u0131k y\u00fcz\u00fcnden):<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00ab\u2013And olsun, seni \u00f6ld\u00fcrece\u011fim!\u00bb dedi. (M\u00e2ide, 32)<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Ter\u00f6re Verilen Ceza<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n en a\u011f\u0131r cezay\u0131 verdi\u011fi su\u00e7; e\u015fk\u0131yal\u0131k, yol kesme, silahl\u0131 gasb ve ya\u011fma su\u00e7udur <b>(h\u0131r\u00e2be)<\/b>. Kamu d\u00fczeninin, emniyet ve \u00e2s\u00e2yi\u015fin sa\u011flanmas\u0131, ki\u015filerin mal ve canlar\u0131n\u0131n, seyahat h\u00fcrriyetlerinin muhafazas\u0131 \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n esas maksatlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, bu su\u00e7u i\u015fleyenlerin en a\u011f\u0131r d\u00fcnyev\u00ee m\u00fceyyidelerle cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 emredilir ve \u00e2hiretteki azaplar\u0131n\u0131n ise daha \u015fiddetli olaca\u011f\u0131 haber verilir. (M\u00e2ide, 33)<\/p>\n<p>Tatbik edilen cezan\u0131n tesirli, \u00f6nleyici ve cayd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 karakterde olmas\u0131 insanlar\u0131 cezaland\u0131rma fikrinden ziy\u00e2de toplumdaki potansiyel su\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00f6nleme ve b\u00f6ylece al\u0131nacak di\u011fer tedbirlerle birlikte toplumda su\u00e7lu say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 azaltma g\u00e2yesine m\u00e2tuftur. Y\u00e2ni \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n gayesi su\u00e7lular\u0131 cezaland\u0131rmak de\u011fil, toplumda su\u00e7 vasat\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131na m\u00e2n\u00ee olarak insanlar\u0131n emniyet ve huzur i\u00e7inde ya\u015famas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131r. Bu sebeple \u00e2yette hen\u00fcz yakalanmadan kendi iste\u011fiyle e\u015fkiyal\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131p teslim olanlar\u0131n affedilece\u011fi bildirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2yet-i kerimede bu su\u00e7un \u201cAl\u00adlah ve Rasul\u00fc\u2019ne kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015f a\u00e7ma\u201d \u015fek\u00adlinde if\u00e2de edilmesi, onun ne kadar a\u011f\u0131r ve k\u00f6t\u00fc bir g\u00fcnah oldu\u011funu vur\u00adgulamak i\u00e7indir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsan ba\u015fkas\u0131na zarar veremeyece\u011fi gibi kendisine zarar vermesi de \u015fiddetle yasaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<a title=\"\" href=\"file:\/\/\/E:\/Vesaik\/Kitap_Calismalari\/Ebedi_Yol_Haritasi_islam\/Ebedi_Yol_Haritasi_islam_Gozden_Gecirilmis_Yeni_Baski.doc#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> Zira Allah\u2019\u0131n verdi\u011fi can insana bir em\u00e2nettir ve onu almaya Allah\u2019tan ba\u015fka kimsenin hakk\u0131 yoktur. Bu husustaki bir m\u00fcd\u00e2hale, Cen\u00e2b-\u0131 Hakk\u2019\u0131n gazab\u0131n\u0131 celbeder. Nebiyy-i Ekrem r \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015ftur:<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cKim kendisini da\u011fdan atarak intihar ederse, o cehennemde devaml\u0131 ve ebed\u00ee olarak sonsuza kadar kendini da\u011fdan atar. Kim zehir i\u00e7erek intihar ederse, zehirini eline al\u0131r ve cehennem ate\u015finin i\u00e7inde ebed\u00ee olarak onu i\u00e7er. Kim de kendisini bir demir ile \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcrse, demirini eline al\u0131r ve cehennem ate\u015finin i\u00e7inde ebed\u00ee olarak o demiri karn\u0131na saplar.\u201d <\/i>(Buh\u00e2r\u00ee, T\u0131bb, 56; M\u00fcslim, \u00cem\u00e2n, 175; Tirmizi, T\u0131bb, 7\/2044-2045)<\/p>\n<p>Bu hadiste, intihar eden kimsenin cezas\u0131n\u0131n ebediyyen devam edece\u011fi \u00fcst \u00fcste \u00fc\u00e7 tekid ile ifade edilmi\u015ftir. Bu \u00fcslup, \u00e7ok n\u00e2dir rastlanan bir tehd\u00eet ihtiv\u00e2 etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsanlar\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrmek bir tarafa onlara l\u00e2net etmek bile \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n ho\u015f g\u00f6rmedi\u011fi bir davran\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ras\u00fblullah r \u015f\u00f6yle buyurur:<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201c\u00c7ok\u00e7a l\u00e2net eden kimseler, k\u0131yamet g\u00fcn\u00fc ne \u015fefaat ne de \u015fahitlik edebilirler.\u201d<\/i> (M\u00fcslim, Birr, 85, 86; Eb\u00fb D\u00e2v\u00fbd, Edeb, 45)<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201c\u0130man\u0131 sa\u011flam (s\u0131dd\u00eek) bir ki\u015finin \u00e7ok\u00e7a l\u00e2net edici olmas\u0131 yak\u0131\u015f\u0131k almaz.\u201d <\/i>(M\u00fcslim, Birr, 84)<\/p>\n<p>Allah Ras\u00fbl\u00fc r d\u00e2im\u00e2 yumu\u015fakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve merhameti tavsiye etmi\u015f, \u015fiddeti, kabal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve zorbal\u0131\u011f\u0131 hep zemmetmi\u015ftir. \u015e\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015ftur:<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cAllah Te\u00e2l\u00e2 beni c\u00f6mert ve g\u00fczel ahl\u00e2k sahibi bir kul olarak yaratt\u0131, zorba ve inat\u00e7\u0131 bir z\u00e2lim k\u0131lmad\u0131.\u201d<\/i> (Eb\u00fb D\u00e2v\u00fbd, Et\u2018ime, 17\/3773)<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cAllah Te\u00e2l\u00e2 beni \u015fiddet uygulayan (muannif) birisi olarak g\u00f6ndermedi, bil\u00e2kis muallim ve kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 olarak g\u00f6nderdi.\u201d<\/i> (Ahmed, III, 328)<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cBize kar\u015f\u0131 sil\u00e2h ta\u015f\u0131yan bizden de\u011fildir.\u201d<\/i> (Ahmed, II, 185)<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsanlara do\u011fru sil\u00e2h tutmak, sil\u00e2hla \u015faka yapmak gibi hareketlerin ne kadar zararl\u0131 oldu\u011fu m\u00e2lumdur. Ras\u00fblullah r bu t\u00fcr ihtiyats\u0131z hareketleri \u015fiddetle yasaklam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. D\u00fc\u015fman korkusu gibi herhangi bir zaruret yokken, insanlar\u0131n kalabal\u0131k oldu\u011fu yerlerde, \u00e7ar\u015f\u0131larda, bayramlarda sil\u00e2h ta\u015f\u0131mak tehlikeli ve yanl\u0131\u015f bir harekettir. Hadis-i \u015feriflerde \u015f\u00f6yle buyrulur:<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cSizden biri sil\u00e2h ile bir karde\u015fine i\u015f\u00e2ret etmesin! \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc o bilmez, belki \u015feytan sil\u00e2h\u0131 elinde bo\u015fand\u0131r\u0131r da, bu y\u00fczden cehennemin bir \u00e7ukuruna yuvarlan\u0131r gider.\u201d <\/i>(Buh\u00e2r\u00ee, Fiten 7; M\u00fcslim, Birr 126)<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cBir ki\u015fi karde\u015fine demirle i\u015f\u00e2ret ederse, onu elinden b\u0131rak\u0131ncaya kadar melekler kendisine l\u00e2net eder. Bu sebeple Kur\u2019\u00e2n m\u00fc\u2019minlere, sava\u015fmak mecb\u00fbriyetinde kald\u0131klar\u0131nda nas\u0131l davranmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klar ve bu hususta \u00e7ok s\u0131k\u0131 k\u00e2ideler koyar. \u00c2yet-i kerimede \u015f\u00f6yle buyrulur:<\/p>\n<p><b>\u201cSizinle sava\u015fanlara kar\u015f\u0131 Allah yolunda siz de sava\u015f\u0131n! Ancak a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 gitmeyin! \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Allah a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 gidenleri sevmez.\u201d<\/b><b> <\/b>(Bakara, 190)<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2yetin \u201csizinle sava\u015fanlar\u201d k\u0131sm\u0131 \u201cmuh\u00e2rip stat\u00fcs\u00fcnde olanlar\u201d demektir. Demek ki muharip olmayanlar yani sava\u015fma stat\u00fcs\u00fcnde olmayanlarla sava\u015f\u0131lmayacakt\u0131r. Zira huk\u00fbken, inanc\u0131 ne olursa olsun bir ki\u015fiyi \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeye cevaz vermek i\u00e7in, s\u0131cak sava\u015f \u00e2n\u0131nda muharip vasf\u0131n\u0131 h\u00e2iz bir ki\u015finin fiil\u00ee bir zarar verme azminde olmas\u0131 \u015fartt\u0131r.
