Peygamberimiz\u2019in Birden Fazla Evlenmesinin Hikmetleri"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fert ve toplum yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n bir ger\u00e7e\u011fi olan \u00e7ok evlilik; cemiyetin hayat tarz\u0131, an\u2019anesi, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, n\u00fcfus dengesi, mahall\u00ee \u015fartlar gibi pek \u00e7ok sebebe ba\u011fl\u0131 olup insanl\u0131k tarihiyle ya\u015f\u0131tt\u0131r. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar neticesinde d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her b\u00f6lgesinde ve her milletinde bu v\u00e2k\u0131aya rastland\u0131\u011f\u0131 m\u00fc\u015f\u00e2hede edilmi\u015ftir. \u00c7ok evlilik, Brahmanizm ve Zerd\u00fc\u015ftl\u00fck gibi do\u011fu dinlerinde me\u015fru kabul edildi\u011fi gibi Yahudilik ve Hristiyanl\u0131k\u2019ta da yasaklanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Nitekim Kitab-\u0131 Mukaddes\u2019te Hz. \u0130brahim, Hz. Yakub, Hz. D\u00e2v\u00fbd, Hz. S\u00fcleyman ve di\u011fer pek \u00e7ok peygamberin birden fazla evli oldu\u011fu bildirilmektedir. Ancak daha sonraki d\u00f6nemlerde insanlar, kendi hev\u00e2lar\u0131na t\u00e2b\u00ee olarak bunu yasaklay\u0131p g\u00fcnah yollar\u0131na sapmak suretiyle cemiyetlerin ifs\u00e2d\u0131na sebep olmu\u015flard\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn \u00e7ok evlili\u011fe m\u00fcsaade etti\u011fi i\u00e7in \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131 tenkid eden \u015fah\u0131slar, asl\u0131nda k\u00f6r bir taassup i\u00e7inde olduklar\u0131n\u0131n fark\u0131nda de\u011fildirler. Zira bu zihniyetteki bir \u00e7ok kimse resmen tek evli g\u00f6r\u00fcnmekle birlikte s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z bir m\u00fcn\u00e2sebetler karma\u015fas\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f ve bunu aleniyete d\u00f6kmekten de ictinab edemeyerek g\u00fcn be g\u00fcn ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 cemiyetin ifs\u00e2d\u0131na sebep olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130sl\u00e2m bir taraftan \u00e7ok evlili\u011fe izin verirken di\u011fer taraftan da tek evlili\u011fe te\u015fvik etmektedir. Birden fazla evlenenler i\u00e7in ise bir tak\u0131m kay\u0131t ve \u015fartlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda bir de s\u0131n\u0131r getirmi\u015f, d\u00f6rtten fazla evlenmeyi nehyetmi\u015ftir. Cen\u00e2b-\u0131 Hak \u00e2yet-i ker\u00eemede \u015f\u00f6yle buyurur:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u201cE\u011fer <\/b>(kendileriyle evlendi\u011finiz takdirde)<b> yetimlerin haklar\u0131na riayet edememekten korkarsan\u0131z be\u011fendi\u011finiz <\/b>(ve size hel\u00e2l olan)<b> kad\u0131nlardan iki\u015fer, \u00fc\u00e7er, d\u00f6rder al\u0131n. Haks\u0131zl\u0131k yapmaktan korkarsan\u0131z bir tane al\u0131n; yahut da s\u00e2hip oldu\u011funuz <\/b>(c\u00e2riyeler)<b> ile yetinin. Bu, adaletten ayr\u0131lmaman\u0131z i\u00e7in en uygun olan\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d <\/b>(en-Nis\u00e2 4\/3)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Res\u00fblullah -sallall\u00e2hu aleyhi ve sellem- bu \u00e2yet nazil olunca ashab\u0131ndan \u00e7ok evli olanlara, han\u0131mlar\u0131ndan d\u00f6rt tanesini se\u00e7ip fazlas\u0131n\u0131 b\u0131rakmalar\u0131n\u0131 emretmi\u015ftir. (Tirmiz\u00ee, Nik\u00e2h, 33, \u0130bn-i M\u00e2ce, Nik\u00e2h, 40)<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019da \u00e7ok evlilik meselesi, ictim\u00e2\u00ee bir yaran\u0131n sar\u0131lmas\u0131, m\u00fc\u2019minlerin bir fedak\u00e2rl\u0131\u011fa davet edilmesi sebebiyle s\u00f6zkonusu edilmi\u015ftir. Erkek n\u00fcfusun azalmas\u0131na sebep olan sava\u015f zamanlar\u0131nda \u00e7ok evlilik bir zaruret h\u00e2line gelebilir. Erkeklerin sava\u015f veya daha ba\u015fka sebeplerle azal\u0131p geride dul kad\u0131nlar ve yetim \u00e7ocuklar b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc durumlarda, birden fazla han\u0131mla evlenilmesi cemiyetin sel\u00e2meti i\u00e7in m\u00fchim bir vazife h\u00e2lini al\u0131r. Bu, sosyal hayattan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayan bir durumdur ve \u00e7e\u015fitli ves\u00eelelerle her devirde tekerr\u00fcr edebilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kad\u0131n do\u011fum oran\u0131n\u0131n erkeklere g\u00f6re fazla oldu\u011fu, ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar neticesinde tespit edilmi\u015f bulunmaktad\u0131r. Murad-\u0131 \u0130l\u00e2h\u00ee, neslin devam\u0131nda esas rol\u00fc oynayan kad\u0131n\u0131n, say\u0131ca daha fazla olmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcndedir. B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, k\u0131y\u00e2mete kadar b\u00e2k\u00ee kalacak bir d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ortaya koyan \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n, \u00e7ok evlili\u011fi serbest b\u0131rakmas\u0131 kadar tabi\u00ee bir \u015fey olamaz. Bu, \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n cihan\u015f\u00fcmull\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn ve ebed-m\u00fcddet olu\u015funun bir tez\u00e2h\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00d6te yandan birden fazla kad\u0131nla evlenmek, b\u00fct\u00fcn m\u00fc\u2019minler i\u00e7in bir \u201cemir\u201d de\u011fil, baz\u0131 durumlarda tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015f bir hak ve \u201cizin\u201ddir. Sava\u015f, hastal\u0131k, sakatl\u0131k, uzun ayr\u0131l\u0131klar, him\u00e2ye vb. bir \u00e7ok sebep neticesinde ailelerin par\u00e7alanmamas\u0131, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n sahipsiz ve h\u00e2m\u00eesiz kalmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in tatbik edilmektedir. Mesel\u00e2 \u00e7ocuk do\u011furmayan veya fizik\u00ee-biyolojik durumu m\u00fcs\u00e2it olmayan bir kad\u0131nla evlenmi\u015f olan bir ki\u015fi, o kad\u0131n\u0131 bo\u015fay\u0131p ma\u011fdur etmeksizin ikinci bir kad\u0131n daha alabilir. Bu t\u00fcr zar\u00fbretler devam etti\u011fi takdirde, aileler \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131lmakla beraber bu say\u0131 da \u201cd\u00f6rt\u201d ile tahd\u00eet edilmi\u015ftir. B\u00f6ylece bir ailenin y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131ndan do\u011facak madd\u00ee-m\u00e2nev\u00ee zararlar en asgar\u00eeye indirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Evlilik; insan neslinin dev\u00e2m\u0131, s\u0131hhatli bir cemiyetin in\u015f\u00e2s\u0131, ahl\u00e2k ve iffetin muh\u00e2fazas\u0131, Allah\u2019a yakla\u015fmak, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7o\u011faltmak gibi maksatlarla yap\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130htiya\u00e7 h\u00e2linde bu g\u00e2yeleri en iyi tahakkuk ettirecek olan m\u00fcessese \u00e7ok evliliktir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">B\u00fct\u00fcn bu \u015fartlar g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulunduruldu\u011funda, \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n hayat\u0131n her safhas\u0131n\u0131 ve her t\u00fcrl\u00fc durumu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek b\u00f6yle bir \u015feye izin vermesi anla\u015f\u0131labilir. O sadece sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 kimselerin de\u011fil, ya\u015fl\u0131 ve g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fczlerin de dinidir. O sadece rahatl\u0131k anlar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fil, getirmi\u015f oldu\u011fu b\u00fct\u00fcn s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131yla birlikte zor zamanlar\u0131n da dinidir. Erke\u011fin oldu\u011fu kadar, g\u00f6zetilmesi gereken b\u00fct\u00fcn haklar\u0131n\u0131 ve ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 koruyarak kad\u0131n\u0131n da dinidir. \u00c2ilenin sebepsiz yere y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131na, \u00e7oluk \u00e7ocu\u011fun sef\u00e2let ve fel\u00e2kete d\u00fc\u015fmesine g\u00f6z yumamayacak kadar ferdi ve cemiyeti d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n iffetini ve haysiyetini muhafaza eden yeg\u00e2ne dindir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Herhangi bir sebeple \u00e7ok evlili\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnenler i\u00e7in \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n koydu\u011fu \u015fartlar:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1) Han\u0131mlar aras\u0131nda adaleti sa\u011flamak<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2) Yeterli m\u00e2l\u00ee g\u00fcce s\u00e2hip olmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cen\u00e2b-\u0131 Hak ad\u00e2leti temin hususunda \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015ftur:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u201cHan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131z aras\u0131nda adaleti sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in ne kadar u\u011fra\u015fsan\u0131z da bunu ba\u015faramazs\u0131n\u0131z. B\u00e2ri onlardan birine a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 g\u00f6n\u00fcl verip de \u00f6tekini kocas\u0131 yokmu\u015f gibi b\u00fcsb\u00fct\u00fcn ortada b\u0131rakmay\u0131n. E\u011fer iyilik yapar ve g\u00fcnahtan sak\u0131n\u0131rsan\u0131z, Allah \u015f\u00fcphesiz \u00e7ok ba\u011f\u0131\u015flay\u0131c\u0131 ve esirgeyicidir.\u201d<\/b> (en-Nis\u00e2, 4\/129)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu \u00e2yette tam olarak sa\u011flanamayaca\u011f\u0131 bildirilen ad\u00e2let, kalb\u00ee duygular a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan oland\u0131r. Hakikatte insan kalbine m\u00e2lik olmakta \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck \u00e7eker. Zira kalbin iradesi yoktur. Di\u011fer madd\u00ee ve z\u00e2hir\u00ee hususlarda ise ad\u00e2letin tam olarak sa\u011flanmas\u0131 \u015fartt\u0131r. Peygamber Efendimiz de bu ger\u00e7e\u011fe vurgu yapmak \u00fczere \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015flard\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i>\u201cBir erke\u011fin nik\u00e2h\u0131nda iki kad\u0131n bulunur da, aralar\u0131nda ad\u00e2let g\u00f6zetmezse, k\u0131y\u00e2met g\u00fcn\u00fcnde bir taraf\u0131 fel\u00e7li olarak diriltilir.\u201d<\/i> (\u0130bn-i M\u00e2ce, Nik\u00e2h, 47)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bununla birlikte herhangi bir zorlay\u0131c\u0131 sebep olmadan birden fazla han\u0131mla evlenmek \u00e7e\u015fitli mahzurlar\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak ho\u015f kar\u015f\u0131lanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Erke\u011fin han\u0131mlar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki ad\u00e2leti sa\u011flamas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok zor olmas\u0131, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n k\u0131skan\u00e7l\u0131k duygular\u0131 ve neticede \u00e2ile i\u00e7inde muhtelif problemlerin zuhur etmesi, tek evlili\u011fin daha s\u0131hhatli oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir. Cen\u00e2b-\u0131 Hak da yukar\u0131daki \u00e2yet-i ker\u00eemede bunu tavsiye etmi\u015f, bir evlilikle iktif\u00e2 etmenin adaletten ayr\u0131lmamak i\u00e7in daha uygun oldu\u011funu bildirmi\u015ftir. Rivayetlerden Res\u00fblullah -sallall\u00e2hu aleyhi ve sellem-\u2019in de damatlar\u0131 Eb\u00fc\u2019l-\u00c2s ve Hz. Ali\u2019den k\u0131zlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerine ba\u015fka biriyle evlenmemeleri i\u00e7in s\u00f6z ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. (Buh\u00e2r\u00ee, Ash\u00e2bu\u2019n-Neb\u00ee, 16; M\u00fcslim, Fed\u00e2il\u00fc\u2019s-sah\u00e2be, 96)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu durum, Peygamber Efendimiz\u2019in tek evlilikten yana oldu\u011funa i\u015faret eder. Kendisi de elli be\u015f ya\u015flar\u0131na kadar tek han\u0131mla evli kalm\u0131\u015f, ancak baz\u0131 sebep ve hikmetler, hayat\u0131n\u0131n sonlar\u0131na do\u011fru Efendimiz\u2019in de birden \u00e7ok evlenmesini gerekli k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu sebeplerden bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle ifade etmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Medine\u2019de kurulan \u0130sl\u00e2m devleti, g\u00fc\u00e7lenmek ve d\u00fcnyaya yay\u0131labilmek i\u00e7in bir\u00e7ok kabile ve devletle anla\u015fmay\u0131, samim\u00ee m\u00fcnasebetler kurmay\u0131 gerekli k\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n kad\u0131nlar aras\u0131nda tebli\u011f edilip \u00f6\u011fretilmesi de Allah Res\u00fbl\u00fc\u2019ne yak\u0131n olan kad\u0131n talebelerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 icab ettiriyordu. Bir de \u00fcmmetinin h\u00e2m\u00eesi olan Allah Res\u00fbl\u00fc, s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131ya d\u00fc\u015fen kimselere yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak durumunda kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. B\u00fct\u00fcn bu ve benzer\u00ee sebepler Efendimiz -sallall\u00e2hu aleyhi ve sellem-\u2019i birden \u00e7ok han\u0131mla evlenmeye sevketti. Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2 da Res\u00fbl\u00fc\u2019ne bu konuda geni\u015flik tan\u0131d\u0131, hatta han\u0131mlar\u0131ndan Zeyneb bint-i Cah\u015f\u2019\u0131n nik\u00e2h\u0131n\u0131 bizzat Cen\u00e2b-\u0131 Hak k\u0131yarak onunla evlenmesini peygamberine emretti. (el-Ahz\u00e2b 33\/37)57\u00a0Di\u011fer m\u00fc\u2019minlere getirdi\u011fi s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 Efendimiz\u2019e getirmedi. (el-Ahz\u00e2b 33\/50)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00d6te yandan m\u00fc\u2019minlerin bo\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 han\u0131mlar\u0131 ba\u015fkalar\u0131 nik\u00e2h edebiliyordu. M\u00fc\u2019minlerin anneleri olan Efendimiz\u2019in han\u0131mlar\u0131 ise ondan sonra ba\u015fkas\u0131 ile evlenemiyorlard\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc onlar \u00fcmetin anneleri idiler. Hal b\u00f6yle olunca Allah Res\u00fbl\u00fc onlar\u0131 bo\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ma\u011fdur duruma d\u00fc\u015fmeleri kuvvetle muhtemeldi. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Res\u00fblullah -sallall\u00e2hu aleyhi ve sellem-, din\u00ee ve siy\u00e2s\u00ee bir maksatla yeni bir evlilik yapmak durumunda kal\u0131nca d\u00f6rtten fazla olan han\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 bo\u015famam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.58\u00a0\u00c2yet-i ker\u00eemede \u015f\u00f6yle buyrulmu\u015ftur:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u201c\u2026B\u00f6yle yapman onlar\u0131n mutlu olmalar\u0131na, \u00fcz\u00fclmemelerine ve hepsinin, senin verdiklerine r\u00e2z\u0131 olmas\u0131na daha uygundur. Allah, kalplerinizde olan\u0131 bilir. Allah hakk\u0131yle bilendir, hal\u00eemdir.\u201d<\/b> (el-Ahz\u00e2b 33\/51)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yirmi be\u015f ya\u015f\u0131nda iken, kendisinden on be\u015f ya\u015f b\u00fcy\u00fck olan Hz. Hatice59\u00a0ile evlenip elli ya\u015f\u0131na kadar onunla mesut bir hayat s\u00fcren Peygamber Efendimiz\u2019in, birden fazla evliliklerini \u0130sl\u00e2m ahk\u00e2m\u0131n\u0131n pe\u015fpe\u015fe emredilip tatbik edildi\u011fi Medine d\u00f6neminde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmesi, bu durumun daha ziyade ris\u00e2let vazifesiyle al\u00e2kal\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130sl\u00e2m, kad\u0131nl\u0131k hususiyetlerinden kaynaklanan baz\u0131 h\u00e2ller m\u00fcstesn\u00e2, m\u00fckellefiyetler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan erkekle kad\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fcsav\u00ee tutmu\u015ftur. Rahle-i tedr\u00eesinde erkek ash\u00e2b\u0131ndan y\u00fczlerce \u00e2lim ve muallimi yeti\u015ftiren Allah Res\u00fbl\u00fc, han\u0131m sah\u00e2b\u00eelerin yeti\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in de v\u00e2lidelerimizi vas\u0131ta edinmi\u015ftir. O, erkek s\u00e2h\u00e2b\u00eelerini suffas\u0131nda yeti\u015ftirdi\u011fi gibi, \u00fcmmetinin kad\u0131nlar\u0131yla me\u015fgul olacak hocalar\u0131 da h\u00fccre-i sa\u00e2detlerinde yeti\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. \u00c2ile hayat\u0131ndaki s\u00fcnnetinin tesbiti ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara ula\u015fmas\u0131nda han\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck rol\u00fc olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Peygamber Efendimiz\u2019in \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn h\u00fck\u00fcmlerini \u00fcmmetin kad\u0131nlar\u0131na direk olarak \u00f6\u011fretmesi ve tarif etmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Kad\u0131nlar da \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n getirdi\u011fi m\u00fckellefiyetleri ve tatbik\u00e2t\u0131n\u0131 her zaman rahatl\u0131kla Efendimiz\u2019e soramam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Fahr-i K\u00e2in\u00e2t -sallall\u00e2hu aleyhi ve sellem- zaman zaman onlara da sohbet etmi\u015f ise de bunun erkeklerle beraberli\u011fi kadar olmayaca\u011f\u0131 muhakkakt\u0131r. Bu sebeple han\u0131m sah\u00e2b\u00eeler, pek \u00e7ok husus\u00ee meselelerinin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnde Peygamber Efendimiz\u2019in zevcelerini el\u00e7i olarak kullanm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bizzat sorduklar\u0131 baz\u0131 suallere Allah Res\u00fbl\u00fc engin hayas\u0131 sebebiyle kinayeli cevaplar verdi\u011finde, geni\u015f a\u00e7\u0131klamay\u0131 yine v\u00e2lidelerimizden alm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. (\u0130bn-i Hanbel,\u00a0 VI, 309)<i><\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Allah Res\u00fbl\u00fc -sallall\u00e2hu aleyhi ve sellem- bu s\u00f6z\u00fcyle han\u0131mlar\u0131na, hayat\u0131n\u0131n en ince noktas\u0131na kadar b\u00fct\u00fcn hareket ve tav\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00fcmmete a\u00e7\u0131klama izni vermi\u015f oluyordu. Di\u011fer insanlar\u0131n, \u00e2ile s\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 d\u0131\u015far\u0131 aksettirmelerini yasaklarken kendisine \u00e2it her \u015feyin insanlara nakledilmesine izin veriyor, hatta bunu arzu ediyordu. Takdir edilece\u011fi gibi bu \u00e7ok zor bir tercihtir. Hi\u00e7 kimse kendine g\u00fcvenip de b\u00f6yle bir izni veremez. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc insanlar\u0131n pek \u00e7ok hatas\u0131 olur ve bunlar\u0131n bilinmesi ba\u015fkalar\u0131 i\u00e7in menf\u00ee neticelere yol a\u00e7ar. Ancak ahl\u00e2k\u0131 k\u00e2mil, davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 m\u00fcstak\u00eem olan Fahr-i K\u00e2in\u00e2t Efendimiz, kendisi hakk\u0131nda b\u00f6yle bir \u015feye m\u00fcs\u00e2ade edebilmi\u015ftir. Zira o il\u00e2h\u00ee muh\u00e2faza alt\u0131ndad\u0131r ve Kur\u2019\u00e2n-\u0131 Ker\u00eem\u2019i insanl\u0131\u011fa kendi hayat\u0131yla ya\u015fayarak aktarm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla onun hayat\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn teferruat\u0131yla \u00fcmmetine nakledilmelidir. Bir de di\u011fer insanlar\u0131n muttal\u00ee olamayaca\u011f\u0131 \u00e2ilev\u00ee hususlar ancak bu yolla \u00fcmmetin bilgisine takdim edilebilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Peygamber Efendimiz\u2019in han\u0131mlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda bu hususta en etkin olan\u00a0 Hz. \u00c2i\u015fe annemizdir. O, gen\u00e7, ak\u0131ll\u0131, fir\u00e2set s\u00e2hibi ve uyan\u0131k bir kimseydi. \u00c2i\u015fe v\u00e2lidemizin 2210 hadis rivayet etti\u011fini g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda \u015funu rahatl\u0131kla s\u00f6yleyebiliriz: \u015eayet Hz. \u00c2i\u015fe olmasayd\u0131 Res\u00fblullah -sallall\u00e2hu aleyhi ve sellem-\u2019in hayat\u0131ndaki pek \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli husus bize ula\u015famayacakt\u0131. Haf\u0131zas\u0131nda y\u00fczlerce \u015fiir bulunan ve bunlar\u0131 ezbere okuyabilen \u00c2i\u015fe v\u00e2lidemiz, (\u0130bn-i Sa\u2019d, VIII, 73) \u00a0tebli\u011f ve d\u00e2vet vaz\u00eefesinde Res\u00fbl-i Ekrem Efendimiz\u2019in en m\u00fchim yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131ndan biridir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hz. \u00c2i\u015fe v\u00e2lidemiz Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019\u0131, hel\u00e2lleri, haramlar\u0131, f\u0131kh\u0131, t\u0131bb\u0131, \u015fiiri, Arap hik\u00e2yelerini, nesep ilmini \u00e7ok iyi bilirdi. Evlilik v\u00e2s\u0131tas\u0131 ile kurulan akrabal\u0131klar sebebiyle, bir\u00e7ok kabilenin dostlu\u011fu kazan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, bu s\u00e2yede pek \u00e7ok insan \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019a girmi\u015ftir. Mesel\u00e2 Allah Res\u00fbl\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn Hz. C\u00fcveyriye ile evlenmesi Ben\u00ee M\u00fcstalik\u2019ten yedi y\u00fcz kadar harp esirinin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131ks\u0131z azad edilmesini sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f ve bundan dolay\u0131 y\u00fczlerce ki\u015fi M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hz. C\u00fcveyriye Ben\u00ee Mustalik kabilesinin reisi H\u00e2ris bin Eb\u00ee D\u0131r\u00e2r\u2019\u0131n k\u0131z\u0131yd\u0131. Hicretin 5. y\u0131l\u0131nda bu kabilenin M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015f haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenen Peygamber Efendimiz, daha \u00f6nce davrand\u0131 ve onlar\u0131 ma\u011fl\u00fbp etti. Al\u0131nan y\u00fczlerce esir aras\u0131nda C\u00fcveyriye de vard\u0131. Res\u00fbl-i Ekrem Efendimiz bu kabileyi \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019a \u0131s\u0131nd\u0131rmak i\u00e7in Araplar\u0131n bir an\u2019anesinden faydalanarak onlarla akrabal\u0131k kurmak istedi ve C\u00fcveyriye\u2019ye evlilik teklif etti. O da bu teklifi kabul ederek m\u00fc\u2019minlerin annesi olma \u015ferefine n\u00e2il oldu. M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar C\u00fcveyriye -rad\u0131yallahu anh\u00e2-\u2019n\u0131n Peygamber Efendimiz\u2019le evlendi\u011fini duyunca, Allah\u2019\u0131n Res\u00fbl\u00fc\u2019n\u00fc memnun etmek i\u00e7in \u201cBunlar art\u0131k Res\u00fblullah -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-\u2019in akrabalar\u0131d\u0131r!\u201d diyerek ellerindeki esirleri serbest b\u0131rakt\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hz. \u00c2i\u015fe:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cKavmi i\u00e7in C\u00fcveyriye\u2019den daha hay\u0131rl\u0131 olan bir kad\u0131n g\u00f6rmedik; onun sebebiyle Ben\u00ee\u00a0 Mustalik\u2019ten y\u00fcz h\u00e2ne halk\u0131 azad olundu\u201d demi\u015ftir. Fahr-i K\u00e2in\u00e2t Efendimiz yahudilerle M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar aras\u0131ndaki husumeti azaltmak, gerginli\u011fi asgariye indirmek ve dostane m\u00fcnasebetleri geli\u015ftirmek maksad\u0131yla bu evlili\u011fi yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hz. Safiyye, dikkat \u00e7ekecek ve \u015fikayetlere sebep olacak derecede yahudilere yak\u0131nl\u0131k g\u00f6stermi\u015f, \u00e2det\u00e2 onlar\u0131n hane-i saadetteki temsilcisi olmu\u015ftur. Ancak \u00dcmm\u00fc Hab\u00eebe v\u00e2lidemiz, Efendimiz\u2019in minderini babas\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131ndan \u00e7ekip alm\u0131\u015f, m\u00fc\u015frik oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in ona fazla itibar etmemi\u015ftir. (\u0130bn-i Hi\u015f\u00e2m, II, 12-13; V\u00e2k\u0131d\u00ee, II,791-793)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar Allah Res\u00fbl\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn izledi\u011fi siy\u00e2sette ne kadar muvaffak oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Res\u00fblullah -sallall\u00e2hu aleyhi ve sellem- evlilik m\u00fcessesesini kullanarak m\u00fc\u015friklerle oldu\u011fu gibi M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlardan bir\u00e7ok kimseyle de akrabal\u0131k kurmu\u015f ve bu s\u00e2yede birbirine ba\u011fl\u0131 sa\u011flam bir cemiyet v\u00fcc\u00fbda getirmeye muvaffak olmu\u015ftur. \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n tebli\u011finde ve ne\u015frinde m\u00fchim roller if\u00e2 eden s\u00eem\u00e2lara bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, evlilik ba\u011f\u0131yla birbirlerine nas\u0131l kenetlendiklerini g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz. Peygamber Efendimiz -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-, Hz. Eb\u00fb Bekir ve Hz. \u00d6mer\u2019in k\u0131zlar\u0131yla evlenmi\u015f, Hz. Osman ve Hz. Ali\u2019ye k\u0131zlar\u0131n\u0131 vermi\u015ftir. B\u00f6ylece \u00f6nde gelen ash\u00e2b\u0131yla s\u0131k\u0131 bir akrabal\u0131k ba\u011f\u0131 tesis etmi\u015ftir.62<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Res\u00fblullah -sallall\u00e2hu aleyhi ve sellem-, Meym\u00fbne v\u00e2lidemizle Umret\u00fc\u2019l-Kaz\u00e2 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc evlenmi\u015ftir. Bu esn\u00e2da Hz. Meymune otuz alt\u0131 ya\u015f\u0131ndayd\u0131 ve daha \u00f6nce iki evlilik yapm\u0131\u015f dul bir han\u0131md\u0131. Hz. Meym\u00fbne\u2019nin \u00e7ok say\u0131da k\u0131z karde\u015fi vard\u0131 ve hepsi de m\u00fchim \u015fahsiyetlerle evlenmi\u015flerdi. Allah Res\u00fbl\u00fc bu izdiva\u00e7 s\u00e2yesinde bir\u00e7ok insanla akraba ve dost olmu\u015ftur. Bununla birlikte Fahr-i K\u00e2in\u00e2t Efendimiz Mekkelilerin g\u00f6nl\u00fcn\u00fc yumu\u015fatmak, aradaki d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yok etmek istiyordu. Onlar\u0131n da kat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 bir vel\u00eeme (d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn ziy\u00e2feti) vermeyi istedi. Ancak Mekke\u2019de kalaca\u011f\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 g\u00fcnl\u00fck s\u00fcre dolunca m\u00fc\u015frikler vel\u00eemeye m\u00fcs\u00e2ade etmediler. Res\u00fbl-i Ekrem Efendimiz de evlili\u011fini Mekke\u2019ye on mil mes\u00e2fedeki Serif mahallinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Res\u00fblullah -sallall\u00e2hu aleyhi ve sellem-\u2019in m\u00fcb\u00e2rek hayatlar\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda onun, \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n ilk y\u0131llar\u0131nda \u00e7ile \u00e7eken, dinin tebli\u011fi i\u00e7in hizmet eden kimselere kar\u015f\u0131 ayr\u0131 bir muhabbet duydu\u011fu, onlara kar\u015f\u0131 d\u00e2im\u00e2 minnet, \u015f\u00fckran ve vef\u00e2 duygular\u0131 i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Bu fed\u00e2k\u00e2r insanlar daha sonra korumas\u0131z ve muhta\u00e7 duruma d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcklerinde, Res\u00fblullah -sallall\u00e2hu aleyhi ve sellem- onlar\u0131n imdad\u0131na yeti\u015fmi\u015f, elinden gelen her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yard\u0131m\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kad\u0131n sah\u00e2b\u00eeler i\u00e7in bu yard\u0131mlar\u0131n k\u00e2f\u00ee gelmedi\u011fi zamanlarda, onlar\u0131 ya ash\u00e2b\u0131ndan biriyle evlendirmi\u015f ya da kendisi nik\u00e2hlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hz. Sevde, \u00dcmm\u00fc Seleme, Zeyneb bint-i Huzeyme ve \u00dcmm\u00fc Hab\u00eebe v\u00e2lidelerimizi bu \u015fansl\u0131 insanlar aras\u0131nda saymak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sevde v\u00e2lidemiz Sekr\u00e2n bin Amr\u2019\u0131n nik\u00e2hl\u0131s\u0131yd\u0131. M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar Mekke d\u00f6neminde i\u015fkenceye u\u011fray\u0131nca Habe\u015fistan\u2019a hicret ettiler. Sekr\u00e2n bir m\u00fcddet sonra burada vefat etti. Mekke\u2019ye d\u00f6nd\u00fckten sonra vef\u00e2t etti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyenler de vard\u0131r. Hz. Sevde\u2019nin \u0130sl\u00e2m hususundaki bu vef\u00e2k\u00e2r ve fed\u00e2kar tutumu Allah Res\u00fbl\u00fc -sallall\u00e2hu aleyhi ve sellem-\u2019in takdirini kazand\u0131 ve i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu ma\u011fd\u00fbriyetten kurtarmak i\u00e7in onunla evlendi. Sevde v\u00e2lidemiz seb\u00e2t\u0131 kadar b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u015fefk\u00e2t ve merhamete de s\u00e2hipti. Efendimiz\u2019in bak\u0131ma ve ana \u015fefk\u00e2tine muhta\u00e7 olan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck k\u0131zlar\u0131na bakm\u0131\u015f, onlar\u0131 sevgiyle b\u00fcy\u00fctm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00dcmm\u00fc Seleme v\u00e2lidemiz, Habe\u015fistan\u2019a ilk hicret edenlerdendi ve oraya iki defa hicret etmek zorunda kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Daha sonra da Medine\u2019ye hicret etmi\u015fti. Kocas\u0131 ve kendisi ilk M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlardan oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in \u00eem\u00e2n\u0131 u\u011fruna bir\u00e7ok s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131ya katland\u0131. Mekke\u2019den, Medine\u2019ye hicret edecekleri esn\u00e2da yak\u0131nlar\u0131, \u00dcmm\u00fc Seleme\u2019nin kocas\u0131yla gitmesine m\u00e2ni olmu\u015flar, bu sebeple bir y\u0131l kadar kocas\u0131ndan ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131ndan ayr\u0131 kalm\u0131\u015f, bir\u00e7ok eziyet g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f, bu zaman zarf\u0131nda m\u00fctem\u00e2diyen her sabah evden \u00e7\u0131karak Ebtah denilen yerde oturmu\u015f ve ak\u015fama kadar a\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Sonunda merhamete gelen yak\u0131nlar\u0131 Medine\u2019ye gitmesine izin verdiler. Bir m\u00fcddet sonra kocas\u0131 Eb\u00fb Seleme Uhud\u2019da ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir yara sebebiyle vef\u00e2t etti.<a title=\"\" href=\"file:\/\/\/D:\/Murat_Kaya_kitaplar\/Usve_2_Tashihli.doc#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> Eb\u00fb Seleme, Peygamber Efendimiz\u2019in hem halas\u0131 Berre\u2019nin o\u011flu, hem de s\u00fct karde\u015fi idi. Fahr-i K\u00e2in\u00e2t Efendimiz, dul kalan \u00dcmm\u00fc Seleme\u2019yi muhafaza etmek ve m\u00fck\u00e2fatland\u0131rmak i\u00e7in kendisine evlenmeyi teklif etti. Zeyneb, Seleme, \u00d6mer ve D\u00fcrre isminde d\u00f6rt yetimi mevcuttu. Bunlar Allah Res\u00fbl\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn rahle-i tedrisinde yeti\u015ftiler ve bir\u00e7ok hadis rivayet ettiler. Zeyneb, daha sonralar\u0131 Hz. \u00c2i\u015fe\u2019yi takiben b\u00fcy\u00fck bir fak\u00eehe oldu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Efendimiz\u2019in han\u0131mlar\u0131ndan <b>Zeyneb bint-i Huzeyme<\/b> -rad\u0131yallahu anh\u00e2- Kurey\u015f\u2019in ilk muhacirlerinden ve Peygamber Efendimiz\u2019in hem s\u00fct karde\u015fi hem de halas\u0131n\u0131n o\u011flu olan Abdullah bin Cah\u015f\u2019\u0131n han\u0131m\u0131 idi. (Zeheb\u00ee, <i>Siyer<\/i>, II, 218) Kocas\u0131 Uhud\u2019da \u015fehid olan Zeyneb v\u00e2lidemiz, bak\u0131ma muhta\u00e7 bir durumda kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Allah Res\u00fbl\u00fc bu fedakar han\u0131m\u0131 da himayesine ald\u0131. Peygamber Efendimiz\u2019le evlendikten iki veya \u00fc\u00e7 ay sonra vefat etti. (\u0130bn-i Sa\u2018d, VIII, 115-116)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u00dcmm\u00fc Hab\u00eebe<\/b> v\u00e2lidemiz de \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n ilk y\u0131llar\u0131nda M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olanlardand\u0131r. Peygamber Efendimiz\u2019in halas\u0131n\u0131n o\u011flu olan kocas\u0131 Ubeydullah bin Cah\u015f ile birlikte m\u00fc\u015friklerin zulm\u00fcnden ka\u00e7arak Habe\u015fistan\u2019a hicret ettiler. K\u0131z\u0131 Hab\u00eebe\u2019yi orada d\u00fcnyaya getirdi. Ne yaz\u0131k ki Ubeydullah Habe\u015f \u00fclkesinde hristiyan oldu. Hatta onu da dininden d\u00f6nmeye zorlad\u0131. Fakat Hz. \u00dcmm\u00fc Hab\u00eebe bu teklifi \u015fiddetle reddetti. Kocas\u0131 bir m\u00fcddet sonra \u00f6ld\u00fc. \u00dcmm\u00fc Hab\u00eebe v\u00e2lidemiz gurbette yapayaln\u0131z ve s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131larla ba\u015fba\u015fa kal\u0131nca, Res\u00fblullah Efendimiz kendisine haber g\u00f6ndererek onunla evlenmek istedi\u011fini bildirdi. O cef\u00e2k\u00e2r insan bu teklife \u00e7ok sevindi. Hicretin alt\u0131nc\u0131 y\u0131l\u0131nda, nik\u00e2hlar\u0131n\u0131 Habe\u015fistan Nec\u00e2\u015f\u00eesi Ashama k\u0131yd\u0131 ve d\u00f6rt bin dirhem mehir verdi. Daha sonra da onu ve k\u0131z\u0131 Habibe\u2019yi \u015e\u00fcrahbil bin Hasene ile Efendimiz\u2019e g\u00f6nderdi. (Eb\u00fb D\u00e2v\u00fbd, Nik\u00e2h, 27-28; Nes\u00e2\u00ee, Nik\u00e2h, 66) Res\u00fbl-i Ekrem Efendimiz\u2019den altm\u0131\u015f be\u015f hadis rivayet eden \u00dcmm\u00fc Hab\u00eebe v\u00e2lidemiz hicretin 44. senesinde Medine\u2019de vefat etti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hz. \u00d6mer\u2019in k\u0131z\u0131 Hafsa da \u00eem\u00e2n\u0131 sebebiyle gen\u00e7 ya\u015flarda Habe\u015fistan\u2019a hicret etmek zorunda kalan \u00e7ileke\u015f han\u0131mlardan biridir. Kocas\u0131 Huneys, Bedir veya Uhud Gazvesi\u2019nde ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaralar sebebiyle vefat etti\u011finde Hz. Hafsa hen\u00fcz yirmi iki ya\u015f\u0131ndayd\u0131. Res\u00fblull\u00e2h -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem- onunla evlenerek M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131 kuvvetlendiren Hz. \u00d6mer\u2019i ho\u015fnud etti\u011fi gibi \u0130sl\u00e2m i\u00e7in gayret eden ve zor durumda olan bir m\u00fc\u2019mine han\u0131m\u0131 da m\u00fck\u00e2fatland\u0131rm\u0131\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130\u015fte b\u00fct\u00fcn bu ve benzeri bir \u00e7ok siyas\u00ee, d\u00een\u00ee ahl\u00e2k\u00ee ve i\u00e7tim\u00e2\u00ee sebeplerden ve bilhassa \u0130sl\u00e2m hukukunda kad\u0131nlar\u0131 ilgilendiren hususlarda yeterli say\u0131da bilgili, tecr\u00fcbeli, yeti\u015fmi\u015f insan mevcut olmas\u0131 g\u00e2yesiyle O iffet ve namus timsali varl\u0131k, Cen\u00e2b-\u0131 Hakk\u2019\u0131n izni ve emriyle bir \u00e7ok han\u0131mla evlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zira baz\u0131 f\u0131kh\u00ee meselelerde yaln\u0131z bir kad\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc kif\u00e2yet etmeyebilirdi. B\u00fct\u00fcn iklim, tarih ve zamanlar\u0131 i\u00e7ine alacak olan \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n hus\u00fbsiyle kad\u0131n ve \u00e2ile ile al\u00e2kal\u0131 hukuk anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir ki\u015fiden tam anlam\u0131yla bize kadar gelemeyebilirdi. \u00dcstelik o kad\u0131n\u0131n Peygamber -sall\u00e2ll\u00e2hu aleyhi ve sellem- Efendimiz\u2019den \u00f6nce \u00f6lmeyece\u011fini de kimse garanti edemezdi. Bu h\u00e2l ise \u0130sl\u00e2m kad\u0131n hukukunun tam manas\u0131yla tekevv\u00fcn edememi\u015f olmas\u0131 m\u00e2n\u00e2s\u0131na gelirdi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ras\u00fbl-i Ekrem Efendimiz, iddi\u00e2 edildi\u011fi gibi s\u0131rf \u015fehvet y\u00fcz\u00fcnden evlenmi\u015f olsayd\u0131, Medine\u2019de Muh\u00e2cirler ile Ens\u00e2r\u2019\u0131n \u00e7ok g\u00fczel k\u0131zlar\u0131 vard\u0131. M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar, k\u0131zlar\u0131n\u0131 Hz. Peygamber\u2019e vermeyi \u015feref sayar, k\u0131zlar da \u201cPeygamber zevcesi\u201d ve \u201cm\u00fc\u2019minlerin annesi\u201d olmaya can atard\u0131.
