Bunun tez\u00e2h\u00fcrlerini ilm\u00ee hayat\u0131n sat\u0131rlar\u0131 aras\u0131ndan da okuyabilmekteyiz. Yaz\u0131lan ve bas\u0131lan eserler, fark\u0131nda olarak veya olmayarak devrin h\u00e2kim fikrinin tesirinde kalmaktad\u0131r. Farkl\u0131 olu\u015fumlar\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131nda zaman\u0131n beraberinde getirdi\u011fi ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n da rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 muhakkakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu zaviyeden bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019\u0131n T\u00fcrk\u00e7e terc\u00fcme ve tefs\u00eerlerinin, daha \u00f6nceleri de matbaa mevcut oldu\u011fu halde bu d\u00f6nemde bast\u0131r\u0131larak yayg\u0131nl\u0131k kazanmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f olmalar\u0131 dikkat \u00e7ekmektedir. Acaba din dilinin ulusal dile \u00e7evrilmesi sinyalleri mi verilmektedir? Bizde, inceledi\u011fimiz eserlerin direk olarak b\u00f6yle bir maksad\u0131 g\u00fctmekten ziyade taleb ve ihtiyaca cevap verme mahiyetinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc a\u011f\u0131r basmakla birlikte bu yol \u00fczerinde kendilerine u\u011fran\u0131lmadan ge\u00e7ilemeyecek derecede \u00f6neme sahip olduklar\u0131 da bir ger\u00e7ektir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tesbit edebildi\u011fimiz kadar\u0131yla T\u00fcrk\u00e7e terc\u00fcme ve tefs\u00eerler devaml\u0131 olarak devletin deste\u011fini g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f veya bizzat Padi\u015fah ve vezirlerin arz\u00fbsu \u00fczerine kaleme al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Dini eserleri kontrol eden tefti\u015f kurulunun tasd\u00eekini almayan kitaplar ne\u015fredilemezken bunlar\u0131n rahatl\u0131kla bas\u0131labildi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Bu sebeple de mukaddimelerin hemen hemen hepsinde Padi\u015faha yap\u0131lan medhiyeler ve te\u015fekk\u00fcrler yer almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0M\u00fcelliflerin eserlerini te\u2019lif etmelerinin sebebi um\u00fbmiyetle Arap\u00e7a bilmeyen halk\u0131n Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019\u0131 ve \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131 anlayarak m\u00fbcibince amel etmeleri, medresedeki talebelerinin \u00f6\u011frenmek maksad\u0131yla talepte bulunmalar\u0131 ve sahiplerinin sev\u00e2b kazanarak hay\u0131rla yad edilmeleri, di\u011fer bir ifadeyle \u201csaadet-i d\u00e2reyn rec\u00e2s\u0131yla\u201d olmaktad\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla eserler <i>\u201cpek a\u00e7\u0131k ta\u2019bir ile\u201d <\/i>sade bir \u015fekilde yaz\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Arap\u00e7a tefs\u00eer yazan m\u00fcfessirlerden bir\u00e7o\u011fu yine m\u00fcsl\u00fcman halk\u0131n istifadesini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek kitab\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7ine bir de T\u00fcrk\u00e7e tefs\u00eer yerle\u015ftirmekte, b\u00f6ylece Arap\u00e7a b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerle T\u00fcrk\u00e7e b\u00f6l\u00fcmler i\u00e7 i\u00e7e eserin sonuna kadar devam etmektedir. O devirde me\u015fhur olan tefs\u00eerlerin umumiyetle i\u015far\u00ee tefs\u00eer metoduna yak\u0131n olmalar\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fini de m\u00fcfessirlerin \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fun e\u011fitimini gaye edinmeleri ile a\u00e7\u0131klayabiliriz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yine bu tefsirlerde, kullan\u0131lan rivayetlerin senetleri verilmemektedir. Bunlar\u0131n Tefs\u00eer alan\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan ma\u2019lum rivayetler olmalar\u0131, bu konuyla ilgilenenlerin adeta \u00eema yoluyla hadis kitaplar\u0131na y\u00f6nlendirilmeleri ve halk\u0131n rivayetlerin senetleriyle me\u015fgul olmamalar\u0131 gibi nedenlerle bu t\u00fcr bir kolayla\u015ft\u0131rma yoluna gidilmi\u015f olabilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bununla birlikte bu eserlerin sahipleri yapt\u0131klar\u0131 i\u015fin ne kadar m\u00fchim ve zor oldu\u011funun \u015fuurunda bulunmalar\u0131 sebebiyle, tefs\u00eer yazabilmek i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli ilimleri ve fenleri liyakatl\u0131 \u00e2limlerden us\u00fbl\u00fcnce \u00f6\u011frenmek gerekti\u011fini, bu ilimlerle ve alakal\u0131 bulunduklar\u0131 temel eserlerle 40 y\u0131l gibi uzun bir m\u00fcddet me\u015fgul olman\u0131n zaruri oldu\u011funu ifade etmekle birlikte istisnas\u0131z her biri eksiklerinin ve hatalar\u0131n\u0131n bulunabilece\u011fini, bunlara muttali olan ehl-i ins\u00e2f\u0131n kendilerini affetmelerini, daha da ilerisi, sayfan\u0131n kenar\u0131na not d\u00fc\u015fmek s\u00fbretiyle d\u00fczeltivermelerini isteyerek hududsuz bir tevazu mis\u00e2li sergilemi\u015flerdir. Bu tav\u0131r Osmanl\u0131 \u00e2limlerinin ne kadar tenkide a\u00e7\u0131k bir zihin yap\u0131s\u0131na sahip olduklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde m\u00fcste\u015friklerin tesiriyle salg\u0131n bir hastal\u0131k halini alan \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n ikinci temeli mesabesindeki S\u00fcnnet-i Seniyye\u2019yi hafife alma tavr\u0131n\u0131n o devirde izine rastlanmamaktad\u0131r. Aksine istisnas\u0131z b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e2limler S\u00fcnnet-i Seniyye\u2019ye b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ehemmiyet atfederek tefs\u00eerlerini rivayetlerle tezy\u00een etmi\u015flerdir. Bir rivayeti zikredecekleri zaman Peygamber Efendimiz hakk\u0131nda 5 sat\u0131r\u0131 bulacak kadar uzunlukta tazim ifadeleri kullanmaktan dahi \u00e7ekinmemi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tanzimat d\u00f6nemindeki terc\u00fcmelere bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda bunlar\u0131n um\u00fbmiyetle tefs\u00eeri terc\u00fcme niteli\u011finde olduklar\u0131, m\u00fcfessirlerin, metni motamot \u00e7evirmekten ziyade manan\u0131n daha iyi anla\u015f\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in gayret ettikleri, bu maksad\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebilmek i\u00e7in de c\u00fcmleyi uzatmaktan ka\u00e7\u0131nmad\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6ze \u00e7arpmaktad\u0131r. Arap\u00e7a tefs\u00eerlerde g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz ciltlerce uzay\u0131p giden geni\u015f tefs\u00eerlere de pek rastlanmamaktad\u0131r. <i>\u201cMuhtasar m\u00fcfid\u201d <\/i>diye ifade edilen, okunmas\u0131 kolay, Mushaf gibi hatmetme imk\u00e2n\u0131 olan ancak aktar\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken manay\u0131 da zayi etmeyen bir usul takip edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Umumiyetle birbirinin benzeri kaynaklardan istifade eden m\u00fcfessirlerin zamanlar\u0131nda me\u015fh\u00fbr olan <i>R\u00fbhu\u2019l-bey\u00e2n, Env\u00e2r\u00fc\u2019t-Tenz\u00eel, Mev\u00e2hibu\u2019l-Led\u00fcnniyye<\/i>, <i>Me\u02bb\u00e2lim\u00fc\u2019t-Tenz\u00eel, \u0130r\u015f\u00e2d\u00fc\u2019l-akli\u2019s-sel\u00eem, Tefs\u00eer-i Ebu\u2019l-Leys, Tefs\u00eer-i Keb\u00eer<\/i> gibi eserlerden, bilhassa da <i>R\u00fbhu\u2019l-bey\u00e2n<\/i>\u2019dan s\u0131k\u00e7a nakillerde bulunduklar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00c2limler, eserlerinin isimlerine ayr\u0131 bir ehemmiyet vermektedirler. Verilen her isim ya ebced hesab\u0131yla kitab\u0131n yaz\u0131l\u0131\u015f tarihini g\u00f6sterir, ya tefe\u2019\u00fcl yoluyla bir hayra i\u015f\u00e2ret eder, ya da m\u00fcfessirin ehemmiyet verdi\u011fi bir hus\u00fbsu teb\u00e2r\u00fcz ettirir. Bu g\u00fczel \u00e2det, tarih tesbiti ve eserin ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011fu di\u011fer kitaplar gibi baz\u0131 noktalarda ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lara yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu devirde tam tefs\u00eerlerin, s\u00fbre ve \u00e2yet tefs\u00eerlerine g\u00f6re az oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rmekteyiz. Tam tefs\u00eerlerin az olmas\u0131n\u0131n sebebi, telif zorlu\u011fu, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck kitaplar\u0131n okuma bak\u0131m\u0131ndan daha pratik olmas\u0131 ve baz\u0131 faz\u00eeletlere s\u00e2hip olan s\u00fbre ve \u00e2yetlerin \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fun al\u00e2kas\u0131n\u0131 celbetmesi sebebiyle daha fazla tercih edilmi\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tam tefs\u00eerlerin um\u00fbmu Arap\u00e7a tefs\u00eerlerden terc\u00fcme edilmek ve gerekli ilaveler yap\u0131lmak s\u00fbretiyle yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sadece bir tanesi Fars\u00e7a\u2019dan terc\u00fcme edilmi\u015ftir. C\u00fcz\u2019 tefs\u00eerlerinden Semerkandi\u2019nin Nebe\u2019 tefs\u00eeri Arap\u00e7a\u2019dan terc\u00fcme edilmi\u015f, di\u011ferleri te\u2019lif eserlerdir. S\u00fbre tefs\u00eerlerinden Ahmed R\u00fc\u015fd\u00fc Pa\u015fa, Arap\u00e7a olarak yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 <i>Hikmet\u00fc\u2019l-bey\u00e2n <\/i>isimli Rahman S\u00fbresi tefs\u00eerini bizzat kendisi T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019ye \u00e7evirmi\u015f ve S\u0131rr\u0131 Pa\u015fa da eserlerini um\u00fbmiyetle R\u00e2z\u00ee\u2019den terc\u00fcme yoluyla olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur. \u0130lk s\u0131radaki <i>Amme Tefs\u00eeri, <\/i>Afv\u00ee\u2019nin ve Muhammed \u00c2rif\u2019in eserleri de <i>Tiby\u00e2n <\/i>terc\u00fcmesinden al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu olu\u015fturan terc\u00fcme ve tefs\u00eerler ise telif eserlerdir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kur\u2019\u00e2n-\u0131 Kerim\u2019de en \u00e7ok terc\u00fcme ve tefs\u00eeri yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan s\u00fbre <b>Y\u00e2-S\u00een<\/b>\u2019dir. Daha sonra <b>Y\u00fbsuf<\/b> ve <b>F\u00e2tiha<\/b> s\u00fbreleri gelmektedir. Namaz S\u00fbreleri de devrin anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 olan halk\u0131n okudu\u011funu anlamas\u0131 gayretleri sebebiyle \u00e7ok terc\u00fcme edilenler aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. Bunlardan ba\u015fka Kehf, Meryem, Furkan, \u0130nsan, Rahman, V\u00e2k\u0131a, M\u00fclk, Nebe\u2019, Duh\u00e2, Kadr, Asr, \u0130hl\u00e2s S\u00fbreleri g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. C\u00fcz\u2019 olarak sadece 30. c\u00fcz\u2019 bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kur\u2019\u00e2n-\u0131 Kerim ile alakal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n \u00f6nde gelen m\u00fcracaat kaynaklar\u0131ndan olan fihristlere bu d\u00f6nemde s\u0131k\u00e7a rastlamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Bunlardan matbu\u2019 olan \u00fc\u00e7 tanesini yukar\u0131da g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f olduk. Bu haritan\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok geni\u015f ve derinli\u011finin de olduk\u00e7a fazla oldu\u011funu m\u00fc\u015fahede ettik.
