Her sene kamer\u00ee aylardan Ramazan ay\u0131 boyunca 29 veya 30 g\u00fcn bu ibadete devam edilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oru\u00e7, ki\u015fiyi beden ve r\u00fbh y\u00f6n\u00fcyle temizleyen bir ibadettir. Orucun asl\u00ee g\u00e2yesi d\u00e2im\u00ee bir ibadet \u015fu\u00fbru i\u00e7inde nefis engeliyle m\u00fcc\u00e2dele etmek ve onu kontrol alt\u0131nda tutarak tes\u00eerini asgar\u00eeye indirebilmektir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Allah r\u0131z\u00e2s\u0131 i\u00e7in oru\u00e7 tutmak insana \u00f6yle bir huzur h\u00e2li bah\u015feder ki, bu m\u00e2nev\u00ee zevk ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n duyamad\u0131\u011f\u0131, ya\u015fayamad\u0131\u011f\u0131, hatta anlayamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tatl\u0131 bir histir. Zira insan, Allah i\u00e7in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 fedak\u00e2rl\u0131k nisbetinde kulluk zevkini tadar. Allah i\u00e7in kayda de\u011fer bir fedak\u00e2rl\u0131k yapma hissini oru\u00e7 kadar veren ba\u015fka bir ibadet yoktur. Zira Rabbimize g\u00f6sterdi\u011fimiz m\u00fcthi\u015f bir sadakatle, O \u201cye\u201d deyince yiyor, \u201cyeme\u201d deyince \u00e7ekiliyoruz. Hele bir de m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n iftar \u00e2n\u0131ndaki sevin\u00e7, huzur ve ne\u015fe h\u00e2li vard\u0131r ki, onu t\u00e2rif etmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Bir insan s\u0131rf bu sevin\u00e7 \u00e2n\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015famak i\u00e7in bile oru\u00e7 tutabilir. L\u00e2kin oru\u00e7lunun m\u00fck\u00e2f\u00e2t\u0131 bununla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fildir. Onun bir de \u00e2hirette Rabbinin huz\u00fbruna var\u0131p oru\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n sevab\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc andaki sevinci vard\u0131r<a title=\"\" href=\"file:\/\/\/E:\/Vesaik\/Kitap_Calismalari\/Ebedi_Yol_Haritasi_islam\/Ebedi_Yol_Haritasi_islam_Gozden_Gecirilmis_Yeni_Baski.doc#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> ki onu bu d\u00fcnyada idrak etmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130nsandaki hay\u0131r duygular\u0131yla \u015fer duygular\u0131 birbiriyle \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fma ve m\u00fccadele h\u00e2lindedir. Nefis g\u00fc\u00e7lenip r\u00fbha h\u00e2kim olunca, s\u00fcfl\u00ee arzular ve k\u00f6t\u00fc hisler g\u00e2lip gelir. R\u00fbh kuvvet kazan\u0131p nefse h\u00e2kim olunca da ulv\u00ee arzu ve hisler g\u00e2lip gelir. Madd\u00ee g\u0131dalar bedeni ve nefsi besleyip kuvvetlendirdi\u011fi gibi namaz, zek\u00e2t, hac, zikir, Kur\u2019\u00e2n til\u00e2veti, oru\u00e7 gibi ibadetler de r\u00fbhu ve m\u00e2neviy\u00e2t\u0131 besleyip b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130\u015fte oru\u00e7 da nefsi zay\u0131flat\u0131p terbiye ederek r\u00fbhun kuvvetlenmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. B\u00f6ylece, hayat m\u00fcc\u00e2delesinde zaruri olan \u201csab\u0131r, ir\u00e2de, nefs\u00e2n\u00ee arzulardan uzakla\u015fma\u201d gibi h\u00e2llerin t\u00e2limi ile ahl\u00e2k\u0131 kem\u00e2le erdirir. Nefsin yemek, i\u00e7mek ve \u015fehvetten yana bitmez t\u00fckenmez arzular\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 insan\u0131n \u015feref ve haysiyetini koruyucu bir kalkan olur. Yine oru\u00e7; sahibini, azim, seb\u00e2t, kan\u00e2at, h\u00e2le r\u0131z\u00e2, met\u00e2net ve sab\u0131r gibi ahl\u00e2k\u00ee g\u00fczelliklere erdirir. Mahr\u00fbmiyet ve a\u00e7l\u0131\u011f\u0131 tatt\u0131rmak s\u00fbretiyle \u00fczerimizdeki n\u00eemetlerin kadrini hat\u0131rlat\u0131r. Kalplerimizi, Allah\u2019a kar\u015f\u0131 hamd ve \u015f\u00fck\u00fcr, kullar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 da merhamet ve yard\u0131m hisleriyle doldurur. Bu vasf\u0131yla oru\u00e7, sosyal hayattaki kin, hased, k\u0131skan\u00e7l\u0131k gibi kitleyi huzursuzlu\u011fa bo\u011fan menf\u00eelikleri bertaraf etmekte en m\u00fcessir bir il\u00e2\u00e7t\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla oru\u00e7, yaln\u0131z bu \u00fcmmete de\u011fil, evvelki \u00fcmmetlere de farz k\u0131l\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2 buyurur:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u201cEy \u00eem\u00e2n edenler! Oru\u00e7, sizden \u00f6ncekilere farz k\u0131l\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, Allah\u2019a kar\u015f\u0131 gelmekten sak\u0131nan takv\u00e2 sahibi kullar olas\u0131n\u0131z diye, say\u0131l\u0131 g\u00fcnlerde size de farz k\u0131l\u0131nd\u0131&#8230;\u201d<\/b> (Bakara, 183-184)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Orucun m\u00e2nen faydal\u0131 olabilmesi i\u00e7in, beden ve r\u00fbh \u00e2hengi i\u00e7inde tutulmas\u0131 l\u00e2z\u0131md\u0131r. Yani madd\u00ee beden oru\u00e7 tutarken kalp, nefis ve di\u011fer \u00e2z\u00e2lar da oru\u00e7 tutmal\u0131, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc haram ve mekruhtan uzak durmal\u0131d\u0131r. Oru\u00e7tan maksat da zaten m\u00e2nen y\u00fckselerek Allah\u2019\u0131n emir ve yasaklar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda hass\u00e2siyet kazanmakt\u0131r. Bu sebeple oru\u00e7lunun ya\u00adlan, iftira, g\u0131ybet, s\u00f6z ta\u015f\u0131ma gibi davran\u0131\u015flardan, k\u00fcf\u00fcr ve l\u00e2net gibi k\u00f6t\u00fc s\u00f6zlerden, kavgadan, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc k\u00f6t\u00fc fiil ve g\u00fcnahtan \u015fiddetle sak\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekir. Oru\u00e7lu m\u00fc\u2019min, kendisine kar\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lan kabal\u0131klara da s\u00fck\u00fbnetle muk\u00e2bele etmeyi bilmelidir. Cen\u00e2b-\u0131 Hak, b\u00f6yle tutulmayan orucu kabul etmez. B\u00f6yle bir oru\u00e7 belki insan\u0131 bor\u00e7tan kurtarabilir, ancak onun m\u00e2nev\u00ee kem\u00e2l ve fazileti olmaz. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla orucunu hakk\u0131yla tutmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir m\u00fcsl\u00fcman k\u00f6t\u00fc ahl\u00e2ktan uzakla\u015fm\u0131\u015f olur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oru\u00e7, insan\u0131n s\u0131hhatli olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Oru\u00e7 tutan ki\u015fi \u015fi\u015fmansa, fazla kilolar\u0131n\u0131 atar, bir y\u0131l aral\u0131ks\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan sindirim sistemi oru\u00e7la k\u0131smen dinlenir. V\u00fcc\u00fbdun sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 kalmas\u0131nda ve hastal\u0131klar\u0131n tedavisinde perhizin ehemmiyeti \u00e2\u015fik\u00e2rd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oru\u00e7, zihn\u00ee ve kalb\u00ee melekelerin daha s\u0131hhatli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. Nitekim Lokm\u00e2n Hak\u00eem, o\u011fluna \u015f\u00f6yle nas\u00eehat edermi\u015f:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i>\u201cMiden doyunca, fikrin uykuya dalar, hikmet susar, \u00e2z\u00e2lar ibadetten geri kal\u0131r.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oru\u00e7 insana yeme-i\u00e7me disiplini, i\u015ftah\u0131na h\u00e2kim olma al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazand\u0131r\u0131r. Oburlu\u011fa, pisbo\u011fazl\u0131\u011fa ve netice itibariyle hastal\u0131\u011fa m\u00e2ni olur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u0131p \u00e7evreleri, otuz g\u00fcnden az tutulan orucun tesirsiz olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, k\u0131rk g\u00fcnden fazlas\u0131n\u0131n da al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k yaparak, belli d\u00f6nemlerde yeme i\u00e7meye ara vermenin getirece\u011fi faydalar\u0131 sa\u011flamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Orucun so\u011fuk iklimlerdeki insanlar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na zararl\u0131 oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylemek, yanl\u0131\u015f bir iddi\u00e2d\u0131r. Biyolojik g\u00f6zlemler, vah\u015f\u00ee hayvanlar\u0131n kar ya\u011fd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kar\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131 doyurmak i\u00e7in hi\u00e7bir \u015fey bulamad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Bunun sonucu olarak bu hayvanlar k\u0131\u015f\u0131 uyuyarak, yani bir bak\u0131ma ilkbahara kadar oru\u00e7 tutarak ge\u00e7irmektedirler. A\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n durumu da ayn\u0131d\u0131r. K\u0131\u015f\u0131n yapraklar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00f6ker uykuya dalarlar ve hatta ilkbahar gelip buzlar eriyene kadar k\u00f6klerine su bile alamazlar. Oru\u00e7lu ge\u00e7en bu birka\u00e7 aydan sonra ilkbahar geldi\u011finde, yaprak ve \u00e7i\u00e7eklerinin bollu\u011fundan da anla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere eskisinden daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bir verimlilik kazan\u0131rlar. Madenler bile oruca muhta\u00e7t\u0131r. Motor ve makineler uzun s\u00fcre \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ktan sonra bir s\u00fcre durdurulur. Bu dinlenme, onlar\u0131n eski g\u00fc\u00e7lerini kazanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Son zamanlarda T\u0131p\u2019ta uygulanan yeni bir tedavi y\u00f6ntemiyle, kronik hastal\u0131klar, hastan\u0131n durumuna g\u00f6re uzun veya k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli oru\u00e7 ile iyile\u015ftirilmektedir.<a title=\"\" href=\"file:\/\/\/E:\/Vesaik\/Kitap_Calismalari\/Ebedi_Yol_Haritasi_islam\/Ebedi_Yol_Haritasi_islam_Gozden_Gecirilmis_Yeni_Baski.doc#_ftn2\">[2]<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ruh ve beden sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusundaki kitaplar\u0131yla \u00fcnl\u00fc <b>Dr. Victor Pauchet,<\/b> \u201cSenenin belli zaman\u0131nda m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar gibi oru\u00e7 tutunuz\u201d tavsiyesinde bulunmu\u015ftur. Bu tavsiyenin gerek\u00e7esini ise <b>Prof. Dr. Pierra Moulin<\/b> \u015f\u00f6yle a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u0130sl\u00e2m d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n en faydal\u0131 m\u00fcesseselerinden biri de oru\u00e7tur. Oru\u00e7, bedenin hem fizik\u00ee hem de ruh\u00ee dinleni\u015fidir. Dokular\u0131 temizler, birikmi\u015f toksinleri ve zehirleri atar. M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar b\u00f6ylece her y\u0131l bir ay bedenlerini dinlendirirler. Hristiyanl\u0131kta orucun bulunmay\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir kay\u0131pt\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ancak orucu s\u0131hhat i\u00e7in de\u011fil, ibadet maksad\u0131yla tuttu\u011fumuzu hi\u00e7bir zaman unutmayal\u0131m. Zaten ibadet maksad\u0131yla tutulmayan orucun faydas\u0131 da asgar\u00eeye iner. <b>Erzurum \u00dcniversitesi<\/b>\u2019nde yap\u0131lan bir ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n vard\u0131\u011f\u0131 neticeye g\u00f6re, ibadet maksad\u0131yla tutulan oru\u00e7 ile protesto maksad\u0131yla yap\u0131lan a\u00e7l\u0131k grevi aras\u0131nda \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck fark vard\u0131r. Yap\u0131lan i\u015f ayn\u0131 olmakla birlikte niyet ve duygular farkl\u0131 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, insan v\u00fccudundaki tesirleri de tamamen farkl\u0131d\u0131r. Hormonlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 oru\u00e7ta tamamen m\u00fcspet iken, a\u00e7l\u0131k grevinde tamam\u0131yla tahrip edici ve zarar verici olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Orucun Ramazan ay\u0131nda topluca tutulmas\u0131n\u0131n da hikmetleri vard\u0131r. Bunlardan biri, b\u00fct\u00fcn m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n ayn\u0131 zamanda bu d\u00een\u00ee vaz\u00eefeyi yerine getirmek s\u00fbretiyle \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n birlik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymas\u0131d\u0131r. Bir de hep beraber yap\u0131lan i\u015fler insanlara kolay gelir ve bir bayram havas\u0131 i\u00e7inde ed\u00e2 edilir. B\u00f6ylece insanlara zor gelen bir ibadet, m\u00fcstesn\u00e2 bir canl\u0131l\u0131k ve muhabbet i\u00e7erisinde \u00eef\u00e2 edilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bunun yan\u0131nda Ramazan-\u0131 \u015eer\u00eef ay\u0131n\u0131n, senenin b\u00fct\u00fcn mevsimlerini dola\u015fmas\u0131 da, ayr\u0131 bir hikmet ifade eder. B\u00f6ylece senenin muhtelif mevsimlerinde ya\u015fanan s\u0131cak, so\u011fuk, serin ve \u0131l\u0131k g\u00fcnler ile uzun, k\u0131sa veya orta m\u00fcddetli b\u00fct\u00fcn g\u00fcnlere s\u0131ras\u0131yla Ramazan g\u00fcnleri isabet etmekte ve oru\u00e7 belli zaman aral\u0131klar\u0131yla senenin b\u00fct\u00fcn g\u00fcnlerini bereketlendirmektedir. Bu durum, ayn\u0131 zamanda m\u00fc\u2019minlerin her t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u015fartlar alt\u0131nda Allah\u2019a itaat ettiklerini g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u015eunu da hat\u0131rlatal\u0131m ki, orucun g\u00e2yesi, v\u00fccuda i\u015fkence etmek ve zahmet \u00e7ektirmek de\u011fildir. Bu sebeple \u0130sl\u00e2m, her konuda oldu\u011fu gibi oru\u00e7ta da \u00eetidali emretmi\u015ftir.
