Bu daileri dahi ilm-i tefs\u00eer ve hadisin sair ilimler \u00fczerine fazl\u0131 ke fadlil- kamer ale sairil- kevakib oldu\u011fu zevi\u2019l-ukule hafi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tefekk\u00fcr ederken havatif-i Rahman\u2019dan g\u00fb\u015f-u h\u00fb\u015fuma ilham ve avat\u0131f-\u0131 hikmetten d\u00fchn-\u00fc zihnime ilka olundu ki tamimen lil fevaid ve tetmimen lil avaid olsun i\u00e7un tefs\u00eer-i Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u0131 zeban-\u0131 azb\u00fc\u2019l-bey\u00e2n-\u0131 T\u00fcrk\u00ee ile terc\u00fcme edip an\u0131n nam u ni\u015fan\u0131n\u0131 bit\u00e2r\u00eeki\u2019t-tefe\u00fcl <i>Tefs\u00eer-i Nec\u00e2t\u00ee<\/i> deyu tesmiye eyleyim\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"file:\/\/\/C:\/Users\/GM-As%C4%B1stan-7\/Desktop\/Yuksek_Lisans_Tezi_Murat_Kaya.doc#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bundan sonra de\u011ferli ve faziletli kimselerle isti\u015farelerde bulunmu\u015f, kendisi de istihare yaparak tefs\u00eeri yazmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Osman Nec\u00e2ti Efendi\u2019nin tefs\u00eeri mufassal bir tefs\u00eerdir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130\u015f\u00e2r\u00ee tefs\u00eer hus\u00fbsiyetlerini ta\u015f\u0131makla beraber dirayet ve rivayet y\u00f6n\u00fc de hissedilen bu tefs\u00eerde, ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kaliteli e\u011fitim sayesinde her alanda zengin bir birikime sahib olan m\u00fcfessir, bu birikimini burada ortaya koymu\u015f; \u00e2yetleri tefs\u00eer eden di\u011fer \u00e2yetleri ve hadisleri aynen terc\u00fcme ederek manalar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015f, bir de yeri geldik\u00e7e \u015fiirler ve \u00f6zdeyi\u015f denilebilecek olan darb-\u0131 mesellerle, hik\u00e2yelerle s\u00f6z\u00fcn ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f, zaman zaman usul kaidelerini ve furu\u2019a dair meseleleri izah etmi\u015f, b\u00f6ylece zevkle okunabilen, s\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 olmayan tatl\u0131 bir \u00fcslub yakalamay\u0131 ba\u015farabilmi\u015ftir. M\u00fcellif bu y\u00f6ntemle terc\u00fcmesini tenvir etti\u011fini s\u00f6ylemektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cVe \u00e2y\u00e2t ve ahadis ve \u00e2s\u00e2r ve e\u015f\u2019ar misillu makam-\u0131 isti\u015fh\u00e2dda irad olunan usul-i bela\u011fat-\u015fi\u00e2r\u0131 bi-ib\u00e2r\u00e2tih\u00e2 ketb ve tenmik ve hulasa-i mazmunlar\u0131n \u015ferh ve tensik eyledim ve tahrir-i kavaid-i usuliyye ve takrir-i fevaid-i feriyye ve bast-\u0131 durub ve emsal ve baz-\u0131 hik\u00e2y\u00e2t ile derun-u terc\u00fcmeyi tenvir eyledim.\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"file:\/\/\/C:\/Users\/GM-As%C4%B1stan-7\/Desktop\/Yuksek_Lisans_Tezi_Murat_Kaya.doc#_ftn2\">[2]<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mesela Nebe s\u00fbresinin \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e2yetini <b>\u201cKi onlar \u00e2hiret hakk\u0131nda ihtilafa d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015flerdir\u201d<\/b> tefs\u00eer ederken ilgili \u00e2yeti kerimeleri, hadis-i \u015ferifleri, Arap\u00e7a hikmetli s\u00f6zleri yeri geldik\u00e7e a\u00e7\u0131klamakla birlikte Hazreti M\u00fbs\u00e2 ve Firavun k\u0131ssas\u0131n\u0131 anlatarak bu k\u0131ssan\u0131n i\u015f\u00e2r\u00ee yorumunu yapmakta, M\u00fbs\u00e2 ile H\u00e2run\u2019u kalb ile akla, Firavun\u2019u nefs-i emmareye, as\u00e2y\u0131 <i>lailahe illallah<\/i> tevhidine ve deryay\u0131 da ruha benzeterek \u00e7ok faydal\u0131 nasihatlarda bulunmu\u015f ve daha ba\u015fka meseller ve hik\u00e2yeler naklederek be\u015f sayfal\u0131k geni\u015f bir a\u00e7\u0131klama yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Nefse ve hevaya uymay\u0131p bunlar\u0131 b\u0131rakt\u0131ktan sonra ancak ruhen bir y\u00fckseli\u015fin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funu ifade ettikten sonra Allah\u2019\u0131n her \u015feyi g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc misallendirmek i\u00e7in \u015f\u00f6yle demektedir:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cZira d\u00fcnya ve ahiret m\u00fclk\u00fc ona maks\u00fbr ve m\u00fcnhas\u0131r olup ol Padi\u015fah-\u0131 Lem Yez\u00e2l\u2019in kabza-i kudretinden ve tealluk-\u0131 basar\u0131ndan b\u00eer\u00fbn mek\u00e2n mevc\u00fbt de\u011fildir ki ol mek\u00e2nda vuku bulan m\u00e2siyete bas\u00eer ve al\u00eem olm\u0131ya! Hatta karanl\u0131k gecede v\u00e2di-i cib\u00e2lde bir hacerin menfezinde sakin olan bir sivri sinek, cenahlar\u0131n\u0131 ne\u015fr ve pervaz eylese kanatlar\u0131n\u0131n tul ve arz\u0131 ne miktar oldu\u011funu bilir ve g\u00f6r\u00fcr.\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"file:\/\/\/C:\/Users\/GM-As%C4%B1stan-7\/Desktop\/Yuksek_Lisans_Tezi_Murat_Kaya.doc#_ftn3\">[3]<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Osman Nec\u00e2ti, \u0130hlas s\u00fbresinin tefs\u00eerinde dirayetini ortaya koyarak kelam\u00ee bir \u00fcslub ile Allah\u2019\u0131n z\u00e2t\u0131nda, s\u0131fatlar\u0131nda ve fiillerinde bir oldu\u011funu, m\u00fcrekkeb ve m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, vacibu\u2019l-v\u00fcc\u00fbd oldu\u011funu ve mebde\u2019-i m\u00fcmkin\u00e2t\u0131n tek bir varl\u0131k olabilece\u011fini, bunun da ancak Allah -celle cel\u00e2l\u00fch\u00fb- olabilece\u011fini \u015fu \u015fekilde a\u00e7\u0131klamaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEy muhatab-\u0131 kamil sen onlara buyur ki ol mabud bi\u2019l-hak z\u00e2t\u0131nda bir olup teadd\u00fcdden ber\u00eedir ve eb\u2019\u00e2d-\u0131 sel\u00e2seyi kabil olmay\u0131p ecz\u00e2 ve eb\u2019\u00e2zdan \u00e2r\u00eedir. Veya m\u00fcrekkeb de\u011fildir. Zira m\u00fcrekkeb olmu\u015f olsa eczalar\u0131na muhtac, kezalik eczalar\u0131 dahi \u011fayre muhtac olurdu. Bu s\u00fbrette Allah z\u00fclcelal k\u0131yas-\u0131 m\u00fcsavat \u00fczre \u011fayra muhtac olurdu. Halbuki \u011fayra muhtac olan da m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olurdu. M\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan hadis olur, hadis olan ilah olamaz.\u201d<a title=\"\" href=\"file:\/\/\/C:\/Users\/GM-As%C4%B1stan-7\/Desktop\/Yuksek_Lisans_Tezi_Murat_Kaya.doc#_ftn4\">[4]<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cVe malum ola ki Allah z\u00fcl celal hazretleri z\u00e2t\u0131nda bir oldu\u011fu gibi s\u0131fat\u0131nda dahi birdir. Yani ona s\u0131fat\u0131nda bir kimse naz\u00eer ve mes\u00eel olamaz. Zira s\u0131fat-\u0131 mahlukat noksan \u00fczre olup tebedd\u00fcl ve te\u011fayy\u00fcrden ve v\u00fccut ve ademi kabulden hali olamaz. Amma s\u0131f\u00e2tullah bunun hilaf\u0131nad\u0131r. Dahi efalinde birdir. Zira efalinde bir ferd ona \u015ferik olamaz. Olmu\u015f olsa mebde-i m\u00fcmkinat m\u00fcteaddid olmak laz\u0131m gelir. Halbuki bunlar imkaniyyet iktiza eder. \u0130mdi bu da onun v\u00fccubiyyetine m\u00fcnafidir.\u2019\u2019<a title=\"\" href=\"file:\/\/\/C:\/Users\/GM-As%C4%B1stan-7\/Desktop\/Yuksek_Lisans_Tezi_Murat_Kaya.doc#_ftn5\">[5]<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00fcllifimiz, \u00e2yet ve s\u00fbrelerin hakk\u0131yla anla\u015f\u0131labilmeleri i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir role sahip olan ve bu g\u00fcne kadar m\u00fcfessirlerin ve di\u011fer \u00e2limlerin hassasiyetle \u00fczerinde durduklar\u0131 sebeb-i n\u00fczul konusunu da titizlikle kitab\u0131na yans\u0131tmakta ve bu konudaki rivayetlere yer vermektedir. Mesela \u0130hlas s\u00fbresinin sebeb-i n\u00fczul\u00fcn\u00fc \u015f\u00f6yle naklediyor:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u201cBu s\u00fbre-i kadr-i \u00e2linin sebebi n\u00fczul\u00fc oldur ki \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc esrar-\u0131 uluhiyet ve vezayif-i ubudiyetten haberdar olmayup \u00f6m\u00fcrlerini heb\u00e2-\u0131 mens\u00fbr gibi ifna iden m\u00fc\u015frikin bir g\u00fcn huz\u00fbr-i nur-i n\u00fcb\u00fcvvete gelip Ya Muhammed, Rabbini bizlere vasf ve bey\u00e2n eyle ki ol had\u00eed-i \u015fed\u00eed ve n\u00fch\u00e2s-\u0131 kad\u00eed ve ac\u00een-i sal\u00eeb ve ha\u015feb-i ced\u00eedden midir? Ve sen onun vahdetine kail olup cemi-i hacetleri irg\u00f6ren oldur dersin, halbuki bir tane olan c\u00fcmle mahlukat\u0131n hacetini irg\u00f6re bu bir emr-i g\u00e2r\u00eeb ve itikad-\u0131 acibdir. Zira bizim ilah\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kesreti var iken c\u00fcmle alemin hacetlerini kaza etmelerinde p\u00fcr kusurdur deyup \u0131zhar-\u0131 cehalet ettiler.
