Halk\u0131n kolayca anlamas\u0131 hedeflendi\u011finden m\u00fcte\u015fabih kelimelerden ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, k\u0131saca T\u00fcrk halk diliyle tefs\u00eer yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Terc\u00fcme <b>Abd\u00fclhamid H\u00e2n<\/b>\u2019\u0131n emriyle Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019\u0131n kenar\u0131nda bas\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Her \u00e2yetin terc\u00fcmesinden \u00f6nce ba\u015f k\u0131sm\u0131ndan iki \u00fc\u00e7 kelime yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, bu s\u00fbretle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma kolay hale getirilmi\u015ftir.<a title=\"\" href=\"file:\/\/\/C:\/Users\/GM-As%C4%B1stan-7\/Desktop\/Yuksek_Lisans_Tezi_Murat_Kaya.doc#_ftn9\">[9]<\/a> Bu tefs\u00eerin okunmas\u0131 da kolayd\u0131r; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc mufassal tefs\u00eerler gibi mevz\u00fblara derinlemesine girilmemi\u015f, <i>Cel\u00e2leyn<\/i> tefs\u00eerinde oldu\u011fu gibi gayet k\u0131sa ve \u00f6z olarak rivayetler, ihtilaflar ve tevcihler verilmi\u015ftir, b\u00f6ylece tefs\u00eer bir mushaf\u0131n boyutlar\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7meyecek \u015fekilde d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir. Me\u015frutiyet\u2019e kadar 1865, 1870, 1879, 1899, 1902-1903, 1905, 1905-1906 tarihlerinde tam 7 kez tekrarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Baz\u0131 bask\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 \u015fu \u015fekilde tan\u0131tmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>a)<\/b> <i>Tefs\u00eer\u00fc\u2019l-Mev\u00e2kib Tercemet\u00fc\u2019l-Mev\u00e2hib<\/i>\u2019in, \u0130stanbul\u2019da 1282 y\u0131l\u0131nda Rebiulevvel ay\u0131n\u0131n ortalar\u0131nda (ev\u00e2s\u0131t\u0131nda) Matbaa-i Amire\u2019de bas\u0131lan n\u00fcsha iki cilt halinde bas\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bir n\u00fcshas\u0131 Marmara \u0130lahiyat K\u00fct\u00fcphanesi \u00d6\u011f\u00fct b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc 37 numarada kay\u0131tl\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cilt 1: \u00c2yetler harekeli ve numaralanm\u0131\u015f olarak T\u00fcrk\u00e7e tercemelerin \u00f6ncesine yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c2yet\u00adler par\u00e7alara ayr\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f tamam\u0131na birden mana ve\u00adrilmi\u015ftir. \u00c2yetin tercemesinden sonra bir y\u0131ld\u0131z i\u015fa\u00adreti ile tefs\u00eer yap\u0131lmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu cilt \u0130sra s\u00fbresinin so\u00adnuna kadar olup 493 sayfadan te\u015fekk\u00fcl etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cilt 2: Kehif s\u00fcresinden Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019\u0131n sonuna kadar\u00ad olan k\u0131sm\u0131n tefs\u00eerini ihtiv\u00e2 etmektedir. Eserin sonunda bu tercemeyi yapan\u0131n Ferruh \u0130smail Efendi oldu\u011fu ve tercemeyi h. 1246\u2019de tamamlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Arap\u00e7a olarak ifade edilmektedir. Bu cilt 527 sayfa tutmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <b>b)<\/b> Tefs\u00eerin, \u0130stan\u00adbul, 1296, Matbaa-\u0131 Osmaniye bask\u0131s\u0131 bir cilt halindedir. Bu bask\u0131da \u00e2yetler sayfalar\u0131n ortas\u0131na bas\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, T\u00fcrk\u00e7e terceme sayfa kenarlar\u0131na dercedilmi\u015ftir. T\u00fcrk\u00e7e tercemelerde Arap\u00e7a \u00e2yetlerin ba\u015f taraf\u0131ndan birka\u00e7 kelime konularak hangi \u00e2yete ait oldu\u011fu g\u00f6sterilmi\u015f, ayr\u0131ca \u00e2yetler ve tercemeleri numaralan\u00adm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kitab\u0131n sonunda bu bask\u0131y\u0131 tertib edenin Osman Zeki Bey oldu\u011fu ve k\u0131rk senelik bir im\u00adtiyaza sahip bulundu\u011fu kay\u0131tl\u0131d\u0131r. T\u00fcrk\u00e7elerin hatt\u00e2t\u0131 es-Seyyid el-Hac R\u0131za oldu\u011fu belirtilmektedir.
