Selm\u00e2n-\u0131 F\u00e2ris\u00ee\u2019nin gayretlerini dikkate ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ise bu ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 tarihini vahyin inmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilk g\u00fcnlere kadar g\u00f6t\u00fcrmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Ya\u015fayan d\u00fcnya dillerinin pek \u00e7o\u011funa \u00e7evrilen Kur\u2019\u00e2n-\u0131 Ker\u00eem\u2019in T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019ye terc\u00fcme edilmesi ise T\u00fcrklerin \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131 kabul etmeleriyle birlikte ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. M\u00fcsl\u00fcman T\u00fcrklerin ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 tarih\u00ee devrelerin her birinde T\u00fcrk\u00e7e Kur\u2019\u00e2n terc\u00fcme ve tefs\u00eerlerine rastlamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmaktad\u0131r. Bunlar bizzat Arap\u00e7a\u2019dan oldu\u011fu gibi Fars\u00e7a ve benzeri ba\u015fka dillere yap\u0131lan tefs\u00eerlerden de olabilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Tanz\u00eem\u00e2t devri, gerek daha \u00f6nce yaz\u0131lan, gerekse o d\u00f6nemde yap\u0131lan terc\u00fcme ve tefs\u00eerlerin matbaa yoluyla yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak geni\u015f kitlelerine ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6nem olmu\u015ftur. Osmanl\u0131 toplumunun tarih\u00ee de\u011fi\u015fim kaderinin h\u0131zlanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131, de\u011fer yarg\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n, en az\u0131ndan \u00fcst kademelerde hareketlilik g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi Tanz\u00eem\u00e2t d\u00f6neminin bu t\u00fcr bir terc\u00fcme patlamas\u0131 ile ayn\u0131 zamana denk d\u00fc\u015fmesi c\u00e2lib-i dikkattir. M\u00fctercimlerin, asl\u0131n manas\u0131n\u0131 nakletmedeki acz ve noksanlar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00e2im\u00ee olarak itiraf ederek yapt\u0131klar\u0131 terc\u00fcmelerle, o zaman reva\u00e7ta olan yeni d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ak\u0131mlar\u0131na kap\u0131 a\u00e7ma gibi bir niyet ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131ndan s\u00f6z etmek, II. Me\u015fr\u00fbtiyet\u2019e kadar devam eden s\u00fcre i\u00e7in s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir. Bu eserleri yay\u0131na haz\u0131rlayan kimselerin bir\u00e7o\u011funun hareket noktas\u0131 da sahipleri hayata veda etmi\u015f olan k\u0131ymetli kitaplar\u0131 \u201ck\u00fb\u015fe-i nisy\u00e2n\u201ddan \u00e7\u0131kararak insanlar\u0131n hizmetine sunmakt\u0131r. Bununla beraber T\u00fcrk\u00e7e terc\u00fcme ve tefs\u00eerleri yay\u0131nlayan ve bunlar\u0131 te\u015fvik eden kimselerin bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n bu faaliyetten kendi fikr\u00ee yap\u0131s\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde istif\u00e2de etmeyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f olabileceklerini de g\u00f6zden uzak tutmamak gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Yenilik ve de\u011fi\u015fim r\u00fczg\u00e2rlar\u0131n\u0131n, yayg\u0131nla\u015fmakta olan \u201ckutsal kitaplar\u0131 mill\u00ee dilde okuma\u201d gayretlerini kendi maksad\u0131 istik\u00e2metinde kullan\u0131p kullanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusu, \u00fczerinde durulmas\u0131 gereken hususlardan birisidir. Toplumlar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmenin yolu, onlar\u0131n dillerini ve dinlerini de\u011fi\u015ftirmekten ge\u00e7er. Din dilinin de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe u\u011framas\u0131n\u0131n bunda b\u00fcy\u00fck rol\u00fc vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ilm\u00ee miras\u0131 \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n \u00f6nem ve h\u0131z kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde, Tefs\u00eer alan\u0131nda da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar g\u00f6r\u00fclmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcrk\u00e7e terc\u00fcme ve tefs\u00eerlerin yay\u0131lma s\u00fcrecinin ilk devresi olarak kabul edilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan Tanz\u00eem\u00e2t\u2019tan II. Me\u015frutiyet\u2019e kadar ge\u00e7en s\u00fcrede bas\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan terc\u00fcme ve tefs\u00eerleri bizzat g\u00f6rerek ve muhtev\u00e2s\u0131n\u0131 tahlil ederek tan\u0131tmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z esnas\u0131nda birinci dereceden kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131z, ele ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z eserlerin mukaddimeleri ve bizzat kendileri olmu\u015f, bunlar\u0131n tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131nda gerekli g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yerlerde orijinal metinlerden al\u0131nt\u0131lar yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece okuyucunun, m\u00fcelliflerin asl\u00ee \u00fcsl\u00fbblar\u0131yla y\u00fcz y\u00fcze gelmesi sa\u011flanarak, o d\u00f6nemin dil ve \u00fcsl\u00fbbu hakk\u0131nda bir kan\u00e2ate varmas\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130kinci dereceden kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131z ise \u00e2limlerimizin hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eren tabak\u00e2t kitaplar\u0131m\u0131z olumu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z bir giri\u015f ve iki b\u00f6l\u00fcmden olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Giri\u015f k\u0131sm\u0131nda incelemekte oldu\u011fumuz Tanz\u00eem\u00e2t d\u00f6neminin siyasi, sosyal ve ilm\u00ee yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ana hatlar\u0131yla ele ald\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>Birinci b\u00f6l\u00fcmde Kur\u2019\u00e2n-\u0131 Ker\u00eem\u2019in ba\u015fka dillere \u00f6zellikle de T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019ye terc\u00fcmesi meselesini; terc\u00fcmenin tan\u0131m\u0131, \u00e7e\u015fitleri, h\u00fckm\u00fc ve tarihini inceledik.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130kinci b\u00f6l\u00fcmde Tanz\u00eem\u00e2t\u2019tan II. Me\u015frutiyet\u2019e kadar T\u00fcrk\u00e7e matb\u00fb Kur\u2019\u00e2n-\u0131 Ker\u00eem terc\u00fcme ve tefs\u00eerlerini \u201cTam Tefs\u00eerler\u201d, \u201cC\u00fcz\u2019 Tefs\u00eerleri\u201d, \u201cS\u00fbre Tefs\u00eerleri\u201d, \u201c\u00c2yet Tefs\u00eerleri\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 alt\u0131nda kronolojik s\u0131raya g\u00f6re ele alarak tan\u0131tmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Ayr\u0131ca o d\u00f6nemde yap\u0131lan \u201cKur\u2019\u00e2n \u0130limleri\u201d ile ilgili bir k\u0131s\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ve \u00f6zellikle de \u201cKur\u2019\u00e2n Fihristleri\u201dni de\u011ferlendirmeye gayret g\u00f6sterdik.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z esnas\u0131nda her t\u00fcrl\u00fc deste\u011fi sa\u011flayan dan\u0131\u015fman hocam Yrd.
