(Buh\u00e2r\u00ee, Vud\u00fb\u2019, 4)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u015eerh:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ki\u015fi, abdestinin bozuldu\u011funu yak\u00eenen yani kesin olarak bilmeden, \u015f\u00fcphe ile abdestinin bozuldu\u011funa h\u00fckmetmez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ras\u00fblullah Efendimiz (s.a.v) \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015flard\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i>\u201cBiriniz mescidde iken, kabalar\u0131 aras\u0131nda bir yel\u00a0 hissetse, ses i\u015fitmedik\u00e7e veya koku duymad\u0131kca d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n!\u201d<\/i> (Tirmiz\u00ee, Tah\u00e2ret, 56\/75)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<i>\u201cSizden biri, karn\u0131nda bir \u015feyler hissetse ve fiilen \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p \u00e7\u0131kmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 hususunda\u00a0 teredd\u00fcd i\u00e7inde kalsa, bir ses i\u015fitmedik\u00e7e veya bir koku duymad\u0131k\u00e7a mescidden \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n.\u201d<\/i> (M\u00fcslim, Hayz, 99)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu hadis-i \u015ferifler namaz esnas\u0131nda veya mescide girince abdestin bozuldu\u011funa dair vesveseye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc takdirde takip edilecek yolu g\u00f6stermektedir. Bu durumdaki ki\u015fi, yellendi\u011fini ya koku duymak, yahut ses i\u015fitmek s\u00fbretiyle bilmelidir. Bunlardan birini iyice bilmedik\u00e7e namazdan \u00e7\u0131kmak do\u011fru de\u011fildir. Sesi kula\u011f\u0131 ile i\u015fitmek, kokuyu da burnu ile duy\u00admak bi\u2019l-icm\u00e2 \u015fart de\u011fildir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc sa\u011f\u0131r olan bir kimse sesi i\u015fitmez, bur\u00adnu t\u0131kal\u0131 olan da kokuyu duyamaz. Binaenaleyh <b><i>bunlar\u0131n mevcut oldu\u00ad\u011funu bilmek k\u00e2fidir.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><i>Bazan namaz k\u0131lan yellenir de sesini i\u015fitmez kokusunu da duy\u00admaz fakat bu h\u00e2lin vuk\u00fb buldu\u011funu iyi bilirse yeniden abdest almas\u0131 icab eder.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O h\u00e2lde kim abdestli oldu\u011fu hus\u00fbsunda kesin bilgisi (yak\u00eeni) varken abdestinin bozuldu\u011funa dair \u015fekke \u015f\u00fcpheye d\u00fc\u015fecek olursa, abdestli oldu\u011funa h\u00fckmedip \u015fekke itibar etmeyecektir.\u00a0 Kim de hades v\u00e2ki oldu\u011fu hususunda yak\u00eeni h\u00e2s\u0131l olur da abdestinin devam\u0131 hususunda teredd\u00fcde d\u00fc\u015fecek olursa abdestinin bozuldu\u011funa h\u00fckmedecektir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ras\u00fblullah Efendimiz (s.a.v) \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015flard\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i>\u201cAbdest hususunda vesvese veren bir \u015feytan vard\u0131r. Ad\u0131 da Veleh\u00e2n\u2019d\u0131r. O h\u00e2lde suyun vesvesesinden sak\u0131n\u0131n!\u201d<\/i> (Tirmiz\u00ee, Tah\u00e2ret, 43\/57; Ahmed, V, 136)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Burada, abdest esn\u00e2s\u0131nda meydana gelen vesvese h\u00e2line dikkat \u00e7ekilmektedir. Nitekim b\u00e2z\u0131 insanlar, abdest al\u0131rken uzuvlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fczelce y\u0131kamad\u0131\u011f\u0131, unuttu\u011fu, baz\u0131 yerlerini kuru b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00fc\u00e7 kere de\u011fil de iki veya bir kere y\u0131kad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi vehimlere kap\u0131l\u0131r. Bunlar\u0131 \u00e7evremizde \u00e7okca g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz. Bu h\u00e2l, ayn\u0131 zamanda su isr\u00e2f\u0131n\u0131 da beraberinde getirir.
