132.

١٣٢. عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:

«إِنَّ اللّٰهَ حَرَّمَ عَلَيْكُمْ عُقُوقَ الْأُمَّهَاتِ وَمَنْعَ وَهَاتِ وَوَأْدَ الْبَنَاتِ وَكَرِهَ لَكُمْ قِيلَ وَقَالَ وَكَثْرَةَ السُّؤَالِ وَإِضَاعَةَ الْمَالِ».

132. Al-Mughira b. Shu‘ba (r.a.) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said:

“Allah has forbidden you to be undutiful to your mothers to withhold (what you should give) or demand (what you do not deserve), and to bury your daughters alive. And Allah has disliked that you talk too much about others (gossip), ask too many questions (in religion), or waste your property.” (Bukhari, Al-Adab, 6; Istiqrad, 19; Zakat, 53; Muslim, Aqdiya, 10-14)
