11. Aisha (r.a.) narrates:
“The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said,
“An army will invade the Ka’bah. When they are at Bayda’ (a desert), the earth will swallow the entire army up from the first to the last of them.”
I asked:
“O Messenger of Allah, how will it swallow them up from the first to the last of them when their traders are among them as well as others who are not really part of them?”
The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said:
“Yes it will swallow them up from the first to the last of them and then each one of them will be resurrected according to their intentions.” (Bukhari, Kitab Al-Buyu, 49; Hajj, 49; Muslim, Fitan, 4-8. Also see Tirmidhi, Fitan, 21/2184; Nasai, Manasik, 112/2877; Ibn Majah, Fitan, 30)
